   I had the most incredible experience with Ian, my hair technician a level of service I am so happy with. Ian truly transformed my look in the most thoughtful and customised way. His consultation was so detailed and personal he looked at my face shape, my skin tone, and really explained what would suit me best. You can tell he has real expertise and passion for what he does. I am genuinely over the moon with the result. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and like the best version of myself. Also, a big thank you to Lea for the beautiful blow dry and curls they finished the look perfectly and brought everything together so well. This was honestly a next-level experience personalised, professional, and full of care. I cannot recommend Ian enough.

   I have been going to this salon for 6+ years and I will not go anywhere else! I was so impressed with the balayage that I had done by Ian yesterday and have been going to him for this service for numerous years now :) My hair cut by Timea was also just what I had asked for. All of the staff are so helpful and lovely. Thank you to such a fantastic and hardworking team!

As well as being professional, talented, extremely knowledgeable, Ian is such a lovely person. I hope the powers that be for the Harrow store realise what a valuable asset he is to them.

   All staff were amazing! Very attentive, had a very enjoyable coffee and could not have been happier with my haircut. Timea really listened to how I’d like my hair to look, was very professional and was a complete perfectionist! The shampoo girl was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. This salon isn’t local to me but I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

   Timea is the best hairdresser I've had, hands down. Attentive, listens, cares and has amazing hairdressing skills! Even though I have moved out from Harrow, I will always go back to have my hair cut with her. Toni&Guy should be proud to have Timea in their team.

   Very poor customer service. I have been a customer for a long time at the Harrow branch. I have always booked appointment over the phone and never through the website. First time in so many years I missed my appointment due to an emergency and they took £30 for non attendance from my bank card that they held in their system without my permission. When I asked for a refund they said it is on their website that £30 will be deducted. I have never been on their website and neither was I advised to check the website. The receptionist should have told me that they will use the old stored card details and take £30 for non attendance but she did not. In 11 years of getting a haircut at Toni and Guy this is the first appointment I have ever missed. One would expect at least a goodwill gesture for old established clients. They are obviously not following GDPR policy. I have now found another hairdresser and have left Toni & Guy for good. Really it is their loss as I was spending about £200 per year at their salon. Hope deducting £30 was worth it for them!

   Really bad. Came in to the Tony and guy harrow branch with husband and 2 children, husbands hair cut was OK. Stayed for about 2 and a half hours for keratin treatment, did not wash for 4 days, straightened every day, washed with sulphate free shampoo after, my hair has become like dread locks, they charged me £200 for treatment. I phoned and compained, the manager directed me to email and send photos to client care email, a week on, I have heard NOTHING. Sent a follow up email that I will complain if I didnt hear anything. THIS IS THIEVERY of working class people, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Do not go!! Go to RUSH in Harrow, their keratin treatment WORKED .
