   I’ve been going here ever since I was 9 years old. I am 26 now, there is no one who understands my hair better, and every time I go elsewhere for a haircut I regret it. Go here if you’re looking to make a genuine relationship with your hairdresser, Leo is a natural and gifted hairdresser with the right instincts. I cannot recommend him higher! 10 STARS

   I have been visiting strands for over 10 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair they provided a fantastic service all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I couldn’t recommend them anymore, very impressed with all the safety precautions they have taken to protect us all from COVID always masked up and stations sanitised after every client.

   Very poor customer service and unprofessional hairdressers. A friend of mine had her highlights done there recently - her hair looked horrible, orange and yellow all over, they didn’t even use a good toner, and her hair was really damaged after they did her highlights. Was young guy and a Chinese older man working, they didn’t have a clue. She didn’t need to pay in the end but her hair was destroyed. Stay away from this salon.

   Horrible. I used to go here when I was in high school and I really did like it. Years later and as I am older, I prefer something more suited to my style and I like my hair to be nicely blended with long layers. I specified that I don’t want it choppy, I did like it years ago but he did it exactly that! I was so disappointed and told him I don’t like it at all and he said,” you said layers”. I said layers but not so choppy and it was short layers, it looked so awful on me. I now go to RUSH who do my hair amazingly, and have been going for years. I rather pay more to get the hair I requested. My sister went to strands and they cut her hair so short, she cried when she got home. She was so distraught and she said she requested short layers but got a short haircut. I don’t know if it’s changed now but my experience has been awful here.
