Staff were amazing, they made me feel super comfortable and cared for. I opted for a surgical abortion under general anaesthetic and the staff helped calm my nerves and answer any questions I had. Gemma was especially great!

I have opted for a medical at home abortion. I have just had my phone consultation with the most lovely lady, Tracy, who is a midwife. After the call I had a little cry because for the first time in a while, it was nice to feel listened to and understood and supported as a woman receiving medical care. We spent nearly an hour on the phone chatting, we went through all of the info she needed but we kept going off topic as she was genuinely so lovely and supportive I felt comfortable chatting. We discussed my diagnosis of CPTSD and how that came about and she was so kind and shared a little bit of her personal opinion which made me feel so comforted. I have had 1 abortion before and was supported by BPAS, and it was a great experience then to be fair, but I just had to write this review as Tracy has just been amazing. She wished me all the luck at the end of our call and said she will be in touch in a few weeks to ensure I am okay mentally and physically. She didn’t force me into anything they offer, she just explained pros/ cons and medical side effects etc. and was really informative. She understood my decision of not being on contraception and declining their offer of 3 months contraception, never making me feel wrong or bad. Last time the aftercare was good too, the 24/7 Care-line were really lovely and kind too when I called at 3am worried about the bleeding but she was also very informative and supportive and put me at ease. Genuinely would highly recommend BPAS, I was recommended to use BPAS by a colleague and a friend who both had used BPAS and I do agree, they are fantastic. Thank you so much Tracy and BPAS.

I contacted BPAS after and infuriating experience with mischoices constantly cancelling my appointment at short notice’s or not even having the decency to tell me they had cancel them. Within three days of contacting BPAS I had an appointment. The clinic is neat, hygienic and well kept which is what would be expected and felt like a relatively comfortable environment. The nurses and midwives are absolutely amazing at what they do and are reassuring and knowledgeable. My nurse and ultrasound specialist made the whole process a lot less daunting for me and I felt very confident and comfortable throughout. They let my partner in for my ultrasound, last consultation as well as my contraceptive procedure which made me feel ten times more comfortable knowing he was there with me. The level of information you are given at the clinic is amazing and you are talked through every step of the process. I am so glad I chose BPAS for my care and I would recommend BPAS to anyone else who may be in the same situation that I was.

I could not give this facility a fault. As woman we have to make a decision that some might find easy but some find hard and no matter the decision the staff that works in this facility were amazing and accept any circumstance that you find your self in. Thank you to everyone that works in the facility from the receptionist to the surgeon they were amazing. I wish there was an away I could gift them and if there is I would love to know how. Every single staff member in the facility were so welcoming and supportive and for that I am grateful.

I had an operation years ago here. The pre op appointment told me that I was under 10 weeks. When I had the operation I was in agony. The nurse told me I had the wrong operation as I was further on..I would not recommend this place..I have suffered both psychological issues due to the decision I made..this decision would have been different if the consultant who I originally saw was accurate. Not to mention I now suffer from adenomyosis that my NHS GP has said it's likely due to the incorrect procedure. I would advise anyone to use the NHS service as more accurate information on such a big decision..

Good initial experience, staff friendly. Its clean. But no after care. Lost the sample we sent. Called for another bottle to send another sample and we never recieved it. Called a few times to get we call you back noone ever does. Had no babies since so maybe it's worked lol

This is my wife’s review. The place is very clean, hygiene is a priority. The staff was very friendly, polite & professional. Especially the young healthcare assistant with black hair ( I hope you get your Dr Martins) & Sue who supported me along with another member of staff which made the experience a whole lot less stressful. The head midwife, I don’t her name but she told me her age for some odd reason, shes 43 & seems to have some issues & negative energy which I felt creeping up into my personal space. I will however be putting in a formal complaint at some point about doctor kumar who did the procedure, he made me feel violated & abused with his actions. For that reason I do not recommend this clinic.

The nurses are super nice, the anaesthetist is hilarious. I wish there was more support for after though. Like therapists, someone to talk to about the decision. That would really help.

Amazing staff, supportive, empathetic, knowledgeable and compassionate. Travelled from Newcastle for my treatment, warm welcome from the reception staff and excellent treatment from the midwives. In a very challenging working environment which is very emotional for all concerned the staff do a fantastic job I am hugely grateful for the care and attention I received.
