   Absolutely love my hair and am so pleased I was allocated Ella. She was so lovely, friendly, professional and really listened to what I wanted. I have been going to the same hairdresser for the last 18 years but childcare is difficult as she has stopped doing evening and weekends so I needed to find an alternative. Krinkles is within walking distance so thought i would give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised with the warm welcoming and lovely atmosphere. Thanks Ella, I feel like I've found my new hairdresser.    I was invited to be a Loreal hair model at Krinkles on Monday, and besides having the best time with the lovely team, who were brilliant, kind and so gentle, it is the happiest that I've ever been with my hair. Ella, Eleanor and Sharon were brilliant. I was so looked after and the colour is absolutely spot on! PLUS! Every single person that I've seen since has commented on how well I look.    Always a great service here, the staff are friendly and always happy to help. The online booking is easy to do with lots of options including selecting the right hair stylist for you. Whatever they use to wash my hair always leaves it feeling great. If you are not one for talking too much they do not force conversation on you but are very friendly and lovely team to chat to. 5-star service, they always offer me a hot drink at the beginning of my appointment and make sure we are all on the same page at every step to make sure I get the haircut that I want and is best for me.
