   Having lived in France for 20 years or so, it is difficult to find the same fantastic experience locally where I live. Until i found Val. The facials are amazing with high end products and I will only let her cut my hair. Val, be it beauty treatments or hair can see immediately what you need, what suits your face (hair, visagiste where she looks at tour face to find the style that suits you). I get many compliments after a session with Val

   Today was my first time at this salon. I went in for a "repair" hair cut (ie I'd gotten a pretty rubbish hair cut previously somewhere else that needed fixing). Val was brilliant, she understood exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased with the result. I'll be going back for sure.

   The worst Salon in the heart of Hounslow, tradings standard need to close this down! They don’t have a price list, charge £5 for eyebrows that she’s messed up. For being exempt from wearing a mask I was punished to sit in a normal chair rather than the bed or eyebrow chair; whilst the lady does my eyebrows, the chair had no back or neck support (angry pregnant woman) - disgusting customer service! The staff obviously think they still live in India! - some one close to down you’ll be doing us all a favour

   Val is great at what she does. Always gives me what I want regarding a haircut and doesn't take more than what is needed. She is super friendly and always willing to help. Great location, great prices and hygienic. Highly recommended if you're looking to get a great haircut or a basic trim with a great blowout. I have also had some threading and waxing done here too in the past, also great.
