   WOW WOW WOW !! What can I say The whole team at touch are warm and welcoming which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Tommy well wow— not only incredibly talented at what he does, but also attentive, creative, and passionate about making sure you leave feeling stunning. You can tell the entire staff and company as a whole really care about their clients and takes pride in what they do. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and fun.    What an amazing experience! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was warmly welcomed and offered a hot drink right away. Erin looked after me throughout my appointment. She was absolutely lovely, friendly, and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. She gave me great advice and really made me feel comfortable with the change to my hair.    I went to see Tommy for the first time yesterday for colour,cut and blow dry. Firstly he is so lovely and friendly and you instantly feel at ease and comfortable with him. He really listens to what you want and also gives his professional opinion where needed. He did an amazing job and I’m really pleased with my hair. Erin also gave me a great blow dry. I’m so happy to have found this salon!

   Don't know how anyone can not LOVE this salon. The most friendly staff, the work done is immaculate and Tommy is honestly so attentive and thorough when working. He takes his time, makes you feel special, gives exactly what you ask for and understands whatever I've ever wanted on my hair. I'll never let anyone else do my hair! Recommend X100.

   The best salon EVER!! Everyone is so lovely, polite and caring! Tommy is an absolute genius - brilliant at what he does, with a flair for colour and style. I first met him when he rescued my hair from a disastrous colour done by a major national salon (who were supposed to be the best in their field!!). Tommy took one look at the horror that was my hair and knew immediately what to do. He talked things through with me, telling me what the other salon had done and how he would save my hair and give me back my healthy, glossy locks! The trust he inspired in me from that very first meet was so reassuring, I was completely at ease and let him work his magic. The result was amazing - not only had he restored the colour to better than what it should be, but he went above and beyond with various conditioning treatments, masks and a head massage to boot! Now whenever I go for my cut / colour I just plonk myself down, enjoy the coffee (and the massage chair - which is an absolute must!) and let him do his thing! Tommy is, without a doubt, absolutely brilliant!

   The salon is clean and slick, and I am so proud of Tommy and his family for making this salon the best I have ever been to. His work is amazing and he puts his heart and soul into every client, and there is nobody else I'd rather have my hair done by. The staff are friendly and welcoming and made me feel very safe even through COVID measures. Can't wait to go back!
