   I am surprised I am yet to do a review! I was a very longstanding customer of Mel's from around the age of 15 till I was 34 so I saw her move to several different salons prior to coming here. Mel always did my hair perfectly, she's so sweet, kind, listens to you, of course she knew exactly what I wanted, when I got my hair curled she did it perfectly and I would be recommending her often on Edgware families when someone asked for a local hairdresser. Amy did do my hair as well sometimes and again zero complaints. Mel told me the best shampoo/conditioner to get for my very sensitive scalp and it changed so much for me and left me with cleaner hair and a much less itchy scalp! The salon is clean, very friendly staff, the girls who wash your hair are so lovely, Emily is an absolute sweetheart and I cannot recommend this place more than I am! Unfortunately I have now moved away but will always recommend here! Thank you to Mel, Amy, Emily and all of the staff here for so many years of wonderful care and service!    I never put up a review but i had to come say a very big thankyou to gillian! She did my haircut yesterday oh my god absolutely stunning she gave exactly what i wanted and also helped me with her honest reviews on how it would look like. I got so many compliments after the haircut and i feel so so good absolutely amazing! The lady who shampooed my hair was also so kind love the service would go back again!

   Thank you Amy!!! - I had a great experience with Amy at Neo Hairdressing. I went in wanting a cut and was unsure whether to go for highlights or balayage (with my jet black hair) From the consultation, Amy made me feel really comfortable and took the time to listen while also offering expert advice on what would work best for my hair type. I felt in safe hands throughout the whole appointment, and I’m really pleased with the results. I’ll definitely be booking in with her again!

   This is my second time at neo. They are amazing. I have relaxed afro hair. Had a blow dry and trim. I highly recommend to a your with relaxed afro hair that needs a trim to go to neo. They were kind professional and considerate of my disability. Thank you to all the staff there that helped me around the salon. And thank you for a great hair cut! )
