Today I went to do my nails for the first time in this saloon. I needed a refill, having old gel on my nails. The technician said she can't remove the gel, because she has no tools for it and it will take too long. Nobody asked me any detailsabout my nails when I booked the appointment. I spent one and a half hour on my way there and one and a half hour back from Wembley Park, just to meet the "best" nails technician, as she was recommended. Finally, she quide me to the door telling me to go to a saloon on the other side of the road , because they are very good and they will do it for me. What kind of professionalism is this?
Lovely boutique hair salon in Hatch End! Evy is the best for cut & blow drys and hair updos. Highly recommend booking an appointment with them!
