   BEWARE!.. I went in just for a trim and the man cut 5 years worth of growth off the length at the top leaving some hair just 2 inches when it was below my shoulders. Way too short for curly hair so two years later it still stands straight up. He completely changed the shape, making old fashioned step layers ( a minimum of 7 inches of growth from the front and 5 inches off the back with some of the layers) and a boring square cut which I hate .. WITHOUT ASKING. Be Careful.. I am deeply upset with what he did!

   I had a very positive experience at Le Look Image. I was unexpectedly in the area for family reasons and so had to cancel my appointment with my hairdresser at home - but my hair was in bad need of some tlc so I went to Le Look Image. I am extremely pleased that I did! My colour is fantastic - shiny and exactly the right shade for me (I asked for a match to my natural hair colour and got just that, but somehow it looks like a better version of my natural colour!) I am also very pleased with my cut - the gentleman took great care. He didn't do exactly what I asked - but with good reason - he politely explained that with my fine hair it would not look right, but adapted the cut to my hair. It looks really nice, the best cut I've had in years. Next time I need to be in the area I will try to get back to this salon.

   Lady was nice but her husband was a total misery and rude, when He was drying my hair he was rough and I got the feeling he didn’t want my custom. the dryer was way too hot for my fine hair, he burnt my head and burnt my hair a couple of times, then proceeds to insult me by telling me my hair is dull ( not surprising it’s dull after being burnt ) and needs the expensive treatment they have . He then asks if I’ve always had my hair in the style I wanted it dried and tells me how I should have it styled. Won’t be going there again. My hair stank like fox’s after I left the salon. My hair had shine in it before I went there now it is dull and lifeless after being burnt. Goodness knows how they’ve managed to keep customers.

   Lovely Lebanese who owns this salon for many years. No gimmick, just real haircut with real value. Every inch of my hair was cut with care and attention. I only regret not going to this place sooner! I am very pleased with my haircut. Thanks!

   I've been having my hair cut and coloured at le look for the past 4 years, my hair has never looked better. Staff fantastic make you feel very welcome , advise and recommendations always brilliant lovely friendly atmosphere, but very professional.    I have been visiting this salon for over 10 years and have obviously been extremely satisfied as I keep going back. Ghassan the senior stylist and owner is absolutely incredible at his job! Not only does he do a fabulous cut but also masters the art of blow drying which is a rare talent these days considering modern hairstylists think using a pair of ghds is a talent. I would highly recommend this salon as I come out feeling extremely glamorous every time which I'm sure is what every women wants. Thank you Le Look for years of excellent service!!!!

   I have been a regular at Le Look Image for over 20 years and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. All the staff are always very welcoming and attentive. The senior stylist and owner (Ghassan) cuts and styles my hair and Hala does my colour and I can truly say I have never been disappointed with the results. I would definitely recommend this place!
