   Victor at Headquarters has been cutting my hair since the early 1980s and I have always been delighted with the result! He's a fantastic hairdresser who is passionate about what he does and I always leave the salon feeling fabulous! He styled my hair for my own wedding and now, nearly 40 years later,for my son's. Everyone here is friendly and professional. It's always an enjoyable experience here! Thank you all so much.

   I been going g for about a year.. maybe less however first few times was fantastic.l, however my last three times my experience has been horrid.. it felt rush and that they were between clients first time with bad experience was because they got some one else to time my hair a trainee which ended up become very dark when I was meant to be coppery.. second time the cut has been very poor they literally hacked at my hair and I have a picture.. this time I go to give them one last chance and they tell me they didn’t book me in for what I asked.. sooo I have left and vouched never to return.. I have booked with someone else instead and hopefully they will make me feel like a queen which I deserve as I work really hard to spend my money on expensive hair dressers.. and this is what I got for basically 300 quid last time.. I have now gone to Toni and guy where they fix my hair and made me feel like I’m meant to after spending 300

I asked for a slight colour change, which she did well and totally my fault I didn’t like it.    I decided to try a new salon nearer to where I live, but was very apprehensive about having my hi-lites done by a "new" hairdresser as I have long hair. The salon suggested that Kat did my hair. Kat is an absolute star!! She matched my existing hi-ltes perfectly. And she listened to my concerns, putting me at ease. As a mature lady, it was a delight to be treated that way! Also, I really was impressed by all the staff at the salon, and thanks to Rachel for my styling. So happy that I now have a great salon to go to. Can highly recommend....
