It was not good with. The way they tell u the price when u calll to when u get yr hair done it’s was very bad to charge me a different amount . My hair was not completely dry underneath and I had to dry out again when I got home I wouldn’t recommend them to any of my friends.
Went in to get my curtains (fringe) blow dried very last minute which I appreciate the fitting in. The blow dry wasn’t even good at all. Put so much product in my hair that it looked very oily after which I had a wedding to go to! Had to wash my fringe to restyle it my self with my portable straightener ! What a waste of £10! Wasn’t happy at all leaving the salon

I use this hair Salon and have been doing so for a number of years - the reason being - the staff are absolutely wonderful- it’s like home from home ( my native home bring Ireland) the professionalism, top customer service and excellent with the scissors , colouring or what ever you want they can accommodate - all creeds , colour etc . I’m a very fussy person snd hard to please - this Salon exceeds my expectations as they so friendly and caring . I had a severe operation and they went out of their way to accommodate me - even beyond the hair salon. Olese, Olga, Irina, Inga, Nita, Jighesa & Violet owner - I can’t thank you enough for fixing me . Nita and Jigisha the beautician, threading , deep muscle massaging - absolutely amazing . Don’t hesitate- this is a great hair salon and you can have a great banter or remain quiet - the choice is yours- I love going to this place snd it’s all down to the wonderful staff and owner - additionally , the salon is nicely decorated- funky and very clean - they take great pride in running a clean, happy ship for their customers. The outstanding part is their trust in their customers - I’ve forgotten my wallet etc snd they trusted me to come back snd pay - even in my early days of going - which sealed the deal for me . The attention, the care she treated me with and the advice she gave me on how to style and look after my hair are invaluable. I would definitely go back again and highly recommended her services.

The staff at Violets salon in Preston Road are very professional, polite, friendly, helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service. The hair stylist was very knowledgeable, experienced and knew my hair type, requirements and even gave her advice in hair care, products and styling tips for aftercare and maintenance. She coloured my hair to tone it down and match my roots perfectly, treated it with conditioner and really showed care and sensitivity using the products on my damaged hair. A perfect cut and blow dry to finish and an aftercare consultation to inform me on the best products and hair care routine. The manager knows her clients well and confidently leads her staff. The additional eyebrows tint, threading and manicures were completed to perfection! A highly recommended beauty and hair salon and would go back for the cost, staff and services. It is my number one salon and each treatment is high quality. 5 stars! Thank you to everyone at Violets.
I've just had one of the BEST highlights and haircut in this salon. Thanks to Irina!! She's very professional with lots of experience and she really tries to do her best job and what customer wants! AND it didn't cost a fortune, really reasonable price! Truly amazing result. Highly recommend!
