   So happy with my experience! This was my first time here, and my stylist, Soli, was wonderful - so friendly and so helpful in achieving the colour I wanted. I naturally have very dark hair and often get a balayage, and this is one of the best results I’ve had. My hair looks fuller, the colour blends beautifully, and it still looks natural. Such a great visit - I’d happily come again!

   Had a haircut with Daniel today and he genuinely exceeded expectations. He paid attention to the details I asked for, checked in throughout, and got the fade and shape exactly right.    I got partial highlights and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wanted the highlights to blend seamlessly with my existing color, and Stephan did an absolutely amazing job—he was incredibly thorough and attentive. The salon had a great vibe, and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend—10/10! (PS. Added the inspo photo I had shown him)

   First I was made to wait an hour extra, than my appointment time. When I asked for a refund I was denied. I got late for my dinner reservation because of your team’s unprofessional attitude. Adding to this when I decided to go ahead with the haircut, the lady was extremely rude and not answering my queries properly. My hair was not even styled properly. A blow dry was not done properly and even the haircut is uneven and looks ugly. Hair is so frizzy and looks so ugly. The lady was getting late to close the salon and go for a party, so rushed styling my hair which was so evident as I am a professional makeup artist and hairstylist myself. I style my hair myself after every wash, and I can my personal styling is much better than what I got after paying 75 pounds. The worst service ever, I regret choosing this salon.

   I booked appointments of restyle cut, wash, and style. Yulia she is a professional hairdresser, she is very kind and attention to the details. She will do the final check properly which make sure that the hairstyle is perfect. I really happy of my hairstyle. I'll definitely booking her for my future appointments. Strongly recommended !!!!!

   It is one star only cos 0 is not an option. My friend recently went there and had the worst experience ever. She booked the appointment online for which she paid, then AFTER the appointment (not before ) she was told that the price she paid was wrong and they made her pay same amount again. They even called police on her when she asked for an explanation. She was made to feel like criminal only by asking why would she need to pay twice. To make the matter worst someone from the place decided to search for her on social media and contacted her privately. The manager refuse to answer any emails, whoever answer the phone is rude and obnoxious. I will never go there and advise all my friends to never book the appointment there. My friend has anxiety as a result of the visit there and the way she was treated. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

   I used to love Chop Chop Wembley, but I will never be going back after my experience today. I had an appointment with Larissa (curly dry trim). I said that I just wanted to trim the ends and neaten the layers and as I have curly hair that I'm growing out, I really didn't want to take much length off. She agreed. She then went in VERY roughly with a hairbrush - yanking some of my hair out by the roots - without even spritzing it with water first to reduce the pull. I have never been in so much pain during a haircut before. She's taken a clear 2.5 inches off my hair and when I came home I washed it HOPING it wouldn't look too bad... No use. It looks uneven in shape and thickness, I've lost 5 months of painstaking hair growth, and considering I had a balayage done over summer lost some unnecessary money there too on the extra length taken off. I spent a solid hour crying when I got home. I come to chop chop because I expect decent customer service and people who are able to cut curly hair - and at the very least not hurt me. Do not come here if you have curly hair, and if you do come here make sure you're not with Larissa - I'm not the first one to have had a horrific experience with her, by the looks of other reviews.
