   Waste of time trying to get help here. It's a nightmare trying to get in touch and when you eventually do get through you do not get the help you need. My advice would be to find another health centre and dont waste your time here.

   Arrogant and confrontational people at the desk and on the phone. Duty doctors have full access to patients details, but only give you a hint of what’s going on. No one seems to bother or have courtesy in this place. No kindness, compassion nor selflessness towards others in pain or in need. Someone must give them a complete make over with fresh new people, doctors alike, who understand how to serve the public a lot more than they do.

   No care regarding patient suffering constant pain. Eventually offered physio. At this appointment was told there is nothing they can do. Referred to pain clinic. Long waiting list. I've tried working with the various doctors but to no possible end. Just left to suffer and wait for the never never for a pain clinic appointment. Since moving to this surgery in October 2024 all they have done is constantly reduce my quality of till I have next to nothing. Very disappointed just to be left in pain.

   Numerous issues have made the practice go down hill. Waiting times on the phone are ridiculous, usually you'd expect this if you're number 7 in the queue, however I mean even when you're first in the queue, it just rings and rings and rings. When in the surgery, their is either no one sat with the phone, or they just walk off and leave it. Some receptionist can come across as rude, which is always great. ALL appointments are over the phone now, they call you and often diagnose you over the phone which is ridiculous. If you're 'lucky' you'll get an in person appointment where it's actually a good experience. You need to hope that you don't have a late phone call appointment though because, if you do, you won't be able to come in as the surgery will be closed, yay.....
