   had a lovely experience with my stylist at mophead who was professional, attentive, and skilled, ensuring I received the best service possible. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a co-worker's pushy attitude, which created a rushed environment and may have affected the longevity of my curls. I appreciate the stylist's effort and hope the salon considers this feedback for a more pleasant atmosphere.

   I recently got a curly hairstyle at mophead and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The stylist really understood how to work with my curls, giving them definition, bounce, and shape without frizz. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, suggested great products for curly hair, and made the whole experience feel relaxing and professional. I walked out feeling confident and absolutely loving my look. Highly recommend this salon for anyone with curly hair — they truly know what they’re doing!

   I went it for a trim for my dead ends. But as a customer I am blindly putting all my trust in you. There was no sense of comfort from the hairdresser. She never made me feel like as if I was in good hands and I feel that’s the most important thing, even if the haircut comes out horrible

   Went there to get a balayage. Worst experience ever. That lady who did my hair was reckless and handed my hair carelessly . Pulled my hair so badly causing me a headache. The wash was done very badly and the results are worst. Spoiled my hair . Felt like a waste of my money and time. It was worst experience ever. Would never go there again. Not recommend.

   Hair Cut They use to be half decent. Now I advice anyone that would like a half decent hair cut to avoid. The lady that cut my hair was to immersed in the other conversations around and messed up my hair. I asked her to trim and cut a fringe. She instead chopped off over 7inches of my long hair and then acted like it wasn’t a issue and didn’t even ask if it was okay. She cut my fringe and at the time I didn’t realise she literally grabbed it and asked my how short and chopped. I was really disappointed with the results but it was too late to say anything. My hair was gone. Only once I went to another salon they were shocked at the state of my cut. Very disappointed.

   I went in without an appointment for just a dry cut. There was no conversation and barely a smile. I have no problem with the haircut itself, and if I lived closer I'd probably go there again, possibly to sort my grey hair out.
