   I had a great experience at Ham Academy today. The educator Josh, was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything to the trainee Lucas, in a kind and reassuring manner. Lucas has a lovely hair wash and head massage technique and I am very happy with my hair. Thank you!

   I have been attending Headmasters Hair Academy in Ham for a while now and really love the service and the staff! Lovely Hannah is always welcoming and when the highlights don't turn out as wanted any issues have always been sorted in a professional way. I have been to another academy before and the trainers were not as attentive or professional as they are here. So as Hair Academy's go Headmasters in Ham, is my best kept secret!

   Fantastic hair experience ... the educators will always step into oversea any problems with a cut and colour! Why pay the earth when, infact you can get a better haircut at the Academy for less than half the price!

   Allows me to get my haircut or coloured as their prices are not crazy high and professionals keep a good eye on the trainee's. Give great head massages most of the time and friendly staff. Great salon.

   I had a haircut today and was very pleased. Amelia did a great job! Everyone was kind and they did exactly what I asked for. You also get a lovely head massage during the washing. Make sure you book in advance because they are always busy.

   I have used the academy on a number of occasions and have been happy with my cut each time. As a teaching process your visit will often take longer than a standard salon visit so be prepared to set aside a good chunk of your morning or afternoon. Your trainee will be of varying levels of confidence based on their time in training and I have sat through as many awkward silences as I have had entertaining conversations. Educators are on hand and will visit your station frequently to monitor progress and offer support and the wait for an educator to become available can sometimes cause a short delay between stages. As a male customer I can't comment on the quality of the full range of options available but I am happy to say that all of the cuts I received were free of charge as compensation for donating my time to aid their training. I do not know if this is standard for cuts styling and colours for ladies. A generally longer but usually satisfactory hairdressing experience.
