   Had my hair booked in with Erin for full head of caramel highlights was told she was fully capable to do so but this couldn’t of been anymore wrong she put way too much foils in to the point she basically gave me a full colour and to top it off it was basically orange I sat there and cried telling her she had ruined my hair I was in tears Amy then came over and offered to fix it which I allowed as the thought of leaving looking like that was so embarrassing unfortunately my hair didn’t look great at all as she had to put a dark over the top then highlights which has for some reason got me looking like cruela she did say to come back in two weeks which I agreed on but as the days went on I realised I couldn’t go back there as my hair was now so dry, brittle and over processed putting any more on it at this stage would put it in a even worse state my hair was in beautiful condition before going here and now it’s destroyed it has ruined my confidence and trust in someone ever touching my hair again this isn’t ok Erin clearly isn’t capable as ruining my hair was proof enough Erin didn’t even apologise even after seeing me cry I had high hopes for this place but I couldn’t of been more wrong ! Devastated is an understatement

   Had appointment on Tuesday, my first one at this salon with the lovely Sorcha... Previously moved into the area and my daughter had already had her hair done by Sorcha, knowing how fussy I am about my her she convinced me to give it a try and I'm so glad I did.. Lovely friendly salon with a quirky twist. Very happy with my hair cut Sorcha took time to listen to exactly what I wanted and she did not disappoint.. Best hair cut I've had in years will definitely be returning..

   I've been going to Amie at Thrive for a couple of years now and always book my next appointment immediately because she is so much in demand. She understands hair, whatever it's circumstances, even horribly wavy hair like mine. She listens to what you describe, no matter how vague, and comes up with a cut I am always delighted with. Can't recommend them highly enough.

   No issues ever with my hair colouring but just wish Amy would ask first if clients want a head massage because the one she gives is far too hard, it hurts! I always feel as if I'm going to come out with brain damage when she goes in with a head massage unannounced.

   Had a lovely experience with these guys this morning! I had to get in and out relatively quickly due to work commitments, but I don't feel like I was rushed at all. The wonderful lady doing my hair did such a good job with the minimal instructions I gave and our group had a good laugh throughout. Would highly recommend :)
