   I bought a Verto watering lance from B&Q at the beginning of May, sold and supplied by Tomaco.Strangely the pivot 5hat holds the flow control lever came out somewhere and disappeared into obscurity. Several searches failed, and though I could still sort of use it, I couldn’t regulate the flow of water at all. I called Tomaco and spoke to Lindsay and explained, and asked if I could get a spare. She called back later saying not possible but said that she would arrange for a complete new lance to be sent out. That was at 3.05 in the afternoon. The next morning at 10.15. the postman delivered my new lance. This shouldn’t put anybody off buying this bit of kit. It’s quality, so I am at a complete loss as to how this pin came out. This type of service is rare these days. The team at Tomaco should be proud of what they deliver. Brilliant service!

   I have had two dealings with this company now and I would describe them as providing old fashioned excellent service. Today I called to see whether they sold spares for a kreg straight edge guide as I had foolishly chopped off the end of one of the cut line arms. They said not but asked me to send a picture and within a few minutes contacted me to say they had located the part and could supply it for free if I covered the postage. You can’t get better than that. I shall make a point of using this company whenever I can for tools as this kind of service is rare these days.

   What a great company. I ordered through Amazon a couple of days ago and (as is often the case), delivery was late...no fault of TOMACO at all. So I phoned to see if there was anything that could be done before my place of work closed for the holidays and I was left until the new year without the items I ordered, or had to cancel and reorder, or do whatever else I could to get the items here. Lindsay could not have been more helpful! Absolutely top notch service. Happy to say I have the items I ordered on the table in front of me as I type. Not the 1st time I have used TOMACO and certainly won't be the last time either. Thanks so much.

   The customer service at Tomaco is second to none, they were extremely helpful in my search for a replacement part for my router table insert. Georgia in particular is an excellent ambassador for the company, replying to my emails almost as soon as they were sent. I would highly recommend this company for your tool needs.

   I had a small probem in that one of the side arms on my Kreg R3 pocket hole jig had snapped. I looked on the Web for stockists of Kreg spares and eventually found a chat line that referred me to Tomaco. The service provided to me by Tomaco and particularly their representative, Liam has been absolutley superb. My quest started more in hope than expectation and I am delighted with the outcome. As Liam rather modestly says "we always try to help where we can." They certainly do. Thank you. Graham Forster
