   Got my hair coloured on Wednesday and the owner laki did it she took her time and gave me a nice head massage aswell and nice deep conditioner for my hair she also recommended some products for my hair type. I then came in today for a cut I showed some pictures of the hairstyle I'm looking for she recommended that I have a little trim as my ends were not in a good condition and I had a collagen treatment done to nourish my hair which she recommended. I love my hair and it looks soo healthy now and looks more manageable. I definitely will be back for more treatments and top up for my hair colour. So ladies or gents come in for your treatments and much more.

   So we book a haircut for a Wednesday at 3 Laki didnt bother showing up so we got a call to come the next day at the same time. We get there at 3 and guess what she still isn't there. This is by far the worst salon I have ever visited.

   I wanted to get a wash and blow dry, so rang in to check if they were available and they said yes. I go there to their washing sink only to find that the hot water wasn’t working. By this time my hair was already wet. I was hoping it would be resolved (but heard from another customer that this has happened to her a few times before). The lady suggested I moved to the hair wash sink in the men’s section. I agreed as I was getting late for my appointment only to find out that they didn’t have any hot water there either. Ended washing my hair with cold water, the European lady washing my hair had numb hands, you can imagine the state of my scalp. They apologised and I wanted to let it go as I wanted to get done with my blow dry. I was charged £20 for wash and blow dry, and when I said I don’t think I should be charged full price, the owner lady suggested I become a regular customer and then she’ll think about discount. But I said I wasn’t willing to pay the full amount due to the lack of hot water, she started showing me attitude and suggested I don’t come back there as she has her loyal customers for 15/20 years. I’ve never been treated this bad ever by someone who couldn’t even fulfil the service. To top it all, the poster outside said wash and blow dry was £15 for LONG hair and I have mid length. Not pleased with this place, won’t recommend it to anyone, pathetic attitude, pathetic service!
