   I’ve been going here for long time and honestly I can’t say they always do a good job. Every time I ask to keep my length meaning KEEP IT LONG but yet always cutting my hair short. Last time I asked for a V shaped cut and yes although it was good the amount of thinning was insane. I don’t like thinning my hair and I even asked for it not to be thinned yet she still did. This time I asked for U shaped and to keep my long hair but unfortunately it’s short and not even a U-shaped haircut. I am going on holiday soon and im going to have to accept the short hair. Honestly going to have to change haircutters now.

   Excellent Service, Skilled Stylists for Asian Hair, and Great Prices! I’ve been coming here for my haircuts, and Sam is fantastic at what he does. He explains every step and the reasons behind it, making sure I’m comfortable and informed. He’s very gentle and has done my hair multiple times, including a perm, which turned out great. They really know how to work with Asian hair, which can be hard to find! I even brought my friend here for haircuts and a perm, and he’s now a regular too. The other stylist (I can’t recall his name) is also very skilled and did an excellent job on my cut. The whole team is responsive—they answer calls quickly and are great at booking appointments without long wait times. Plus, their prices are very reasonable compared to central London, which is a big bonus.

   I had searched for hair inspiration on Pinterest for days before coming to the Salon. Finally found 2x different video break downs of the style I wanted, which was a U shape, long layers and heavy face framing. My hair was pretty long, there was some damage but even with a good few inches off it would still be fairly long. I showed my hairdresser the video and explained what stylist in the videos said to ask for. I told her I would like keep the length as much as possible and get long layers so the ends of my hair looked full. What I said was totally disregarded, the hairdresser was insisting I need short layer to achieve that look. I knew I definitely didn’t not want short layers. I expressed what I wanted and was told okay. The end result was short choppy layers and more than half my hair hacked off. I am absolutely devastated. My hair has never looked so awful. I ordered hair extensions straight away.

   Hairdressers are amazing and I have tried most over the years. I go most months for colour cuts and blow dry to Wendy. Highly recommended. The hairdressing skills superb and customer experience outstanding. Wendy always listens to what I want and does this. I always have the best experience and travel across london for you guys.    I used this salon in the past(a few years ago)and was quite happy with the level of service I received. Usually my hair was cut by a man(I can't remember his name). I went there today as I wanted to have a fringe done. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Nothing really complicated. The lady who cut my hair gave me possibly the worst haircut I have ever had. Uneven, no structure. One side longer than the other.Just total mess. Not to mention that she spent on this no more than 4 min. I expressed my unhappiness and she tried to fix it. But it is really still a mess. I will have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I would not recommend this salon.Very disappointing as it was really easy cut and she made such obvious technical mistakes.
