   Been going here a while, got to say, the man there is very strange. Seemed annoyed to have to disinfect his tools, makes strange comments all the time (one which was actually quite racist against Sri Lankans), constantly on the phone and even got annoyed at me for calling in first to check they haven't got a queue? And if you have a problem with taking card, don't use it. Don't blame the customer. Won't be going back.

   Dear Mr HAPPY, you were the worst. There's one short guy must be Pakistani or Indian not sure if his name is Happy (that's what he said when I asked). He was a bit racist when I said that I was from Nepal. Ne had absolutely zero care for the customer and was scrolling through the music with earphones on. The way he was trimming my hair was really aggressive, I just wanted to end it fast do I could leave. He changed me £20 for a light trim, like seriously dude? I don't mind about giving you money but you need to provide atleast decent customer service. I had card and he got mad and told me to bring cash instead. Like seriously dude? My day was going absolutely fine untill I decided to have a haircut with that guy. Either kick him out or teach him how to be nice towards people and stop ripping off customers. Ill rather die then to get a haircut from him again

   First time, they did what I asked but the fade wasn't as good as it could - could see the lines where the lengths of hair was cut on the sides. Second time I asked for skin fade and they didn't do that instead was a zero, either they don't know what the difference is between zero fade, skin fade or they don't have the tools (t-blade / foil shaver) and fade wasn't that great and after finishing cut I wasn't shown how it looked at the back with the mirror and no finishing with a razor on neck line or anywhere.

   The staff around seemed nice although the lady in glasses was really rude and knew nothing about handling a customer. She was grumpy and it clearly came off as she does not care. Beware of her, the others in the salon hopefully do not behave like her.

   The owner who did my mum's hair was really lovely. She chatted away to my mum and asked her what she would like. She was gentle and very sympathetic to my mother's needs and care, would definitely recommend this place.

   AWFUL. Have to agree with other bad reviews on here about male hair cuts. They just grunt at you and treat you like a pig with no care, interest or attention. Worst of all they will up their prices if they feel like it; in window it says £5 but come on the weekend and it's £6 or if you ask for anything more than a shave all over it becomes £7 or more (but there's no price list anywhere). Will be reporting to trading standards for misleading advertising. The place is dirty and has the atmosphere of a funeral parlour. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR DIGNITY AND HAIR CUTS.
