Got my hair done here today, it was an ok experience overall, my inspiration photos were dismissed and I asked for thin, long bangs which I didnβt quite get and canβt help but think they look quite uneven. I was told it would grow out quite nicely so Iβm trusting the process. For the price the experience was mediocre at best.

I am feeling quite disappointed, I came in for a haircut a few months ago, I would consider it to be a simple haircut, no layers and shoulder length. I was out of London so went to get a trim at a different salon, and they informed me that my hair was actually incredibly wonky at the back, one half was slightly longer than the other. It was quite subtle so I hadnβt noticed previously, I am just feeling rather disappointed that I paid for a haircut, and walked around unknowingly for months with wonky hair.

First visit to Headmasters in Chiswick, Saadet cut and blow dried my hair to perfection. All the staff were very welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this salon. Yiu now have another loyal customer. Thankyou.

Headmasters Chiswick is where it's at! Quick service, super friendly vibes, and they really listen to what you want. Big shoutout to Joanna β her advice was on point, and she totally nailed the look I was going for. My hair has never looked better! Counting to my next visit soon....

I have been to this salon a few times to get my haircut, nice finish and friendly staff. However, I had to wait half an hour from my appointment time and then the cut took 1hour. Ended up being at the salon for 1.5hrs for a cut and blow dry which I had hoped would be 45mins. Would have appreciated a phone call explaining appointments were running behind.

I have had less than perfect experiences at this salon in the past but had a great hair cut a few weeks back. Sadiya did a great job cutting me a new hairstyle, a bob, even with my curly hair, and Lorna was so lovely, both extremely friendly and welcoming. I had to write a review to give them both a shoutout.

Just to shout out how amazing & kind Headmasters on Chiswick High Street are. After coming back from surgery & unable to wash my hair for two weeks, I came home to no hot water & was really upset. Phoned HM on the off chance & even though they were fully booked, Abigail squeezed me in & as well as an amazing blow dry, she couldnβt have been any nicer & didnβt make me feel bad about my gross hair! So so so appreciated! β€οΈ

Had a great experience on Saturday. My hair took a long time to colour but they worked around this really well. Love the colour, love the cut. All the staff were lovely and friendly, I do come here frequently anyway, but will continue to do so!

This was the first time I have dyed my hair in over 9 years so I was fairly nervous. I have quite dark brown hair too so when choosing to go a light grey colour I was even more sceptical about how it would turn out but it is better than I expected and one of the best decisions I've made. The whole experience from start to finish was so wonderful. Thanks so much.

I am genuinely not one for writing bad reviews but I have also never had such a bad experience at a hair salon. I am so upset and frustrated that I still paid Β£108 for something I could of achieved myself. I am still baffled at how awful my hair looked after the hairdresser had completed a balayage and how I wasn't listened to, even after saying what I wanted to both the receptionist when booking the appointment and the hairdresser on the day. My hair was balayaged (if you can call it that) but my grown out roots and faded colour wasn't even touched even though this is what I had obviously requested along with the balayage. I questioned this when they washed out the balayage as she hadn't put any colour on the rest of my hair, so I was confused but presumed she knew what she was doing. A toner was then put all over my hair which sent the blonde balayage what I can only describe as faded pinky red. So my end result genuinely looked ridiculous but its like nobody else could see this and that I was being a nuisance to them. I felt the hairdresser was extremely inexperienced with a lack of knowledge and understanding of what she was doing. I have never experienced anything like this before and feel this particular hairdresser did not have the skill set to complete this type of colour. I would of preferred to be told they couldn't offer the appointment than get a member of the team who I believe to be very junior, or they should of at least told me that the person they had available was more junior then I am sure I would of reconsidered booking the appointment as working with copper colours in balayage I am sure isn't asked for very often and needs a good level of experience. I had my hair balayaged using copper tones the last time I had my hair coloured at a different salon, which I loved and had full trust in the hairdresser throughout, so it isn't something that cannot be achieved. Headmasters had quoted almost Β£200 on the phone, so I was expecting the same level of result...In the end I had to have a full head of colour to correct the mess which was fine but absolutely not even close to what I had asked for so feel extremely disappointed as I spent almost 5 hours there for a result that could of taken much less than two hours, bearing in mind I told them not to cut my hair in the end as I just wanted to get out of there.
