Absoulty horrible! The eyebrow lady scarred my eyebrows …. And used hot wax. Didnt check the temperature . I am very upset never going again.
Horrible- I went in for a simple trim but they did a bob cut. Did not listen to me and was on the phone the whole time.
I had high expectations for this salon, but was met with unprofessional behaviour and a lack of courtesy. My suggestions were ignored, the result was disappointing, and after taking payment we were hurried out in a very rude manner. An experience I will not be repeating.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a beauty salon. I went for makeup and hijab styling, and before my visit I repeatedly asked if they could do exactly what I wanted — they kept saying “yes”. When I arrived, it became clear they did not have the skills and did nothing as promised. Their attitude toward customers was also extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. In my opinion, this salon is completely unprepared and unreliable, attracting customers with false promises. I intend to file a formal complaint about my experience so others will not go through the same. I strongly advise against going here.
Horrible. The woman Nancy does not know how to control heat on a clients head, and even took it personal when told it was too harsh. Scalp felt like it was burning. Would give it 0/10 if I could.
thought my hair looked great after dying until it started coming out… now I’m left with severe alopecia and am loosing an amplitude amount of hair every wash! Do not recommend
Absolutely top class experience! Ive been very disappointed by top high st hair salons and they never managed the colour I wanted. All I had to do here was show a pic of the colour and style and she worked her magic. I am in awe and still shocked at the results. Love this place and not going anywhere else now. Highly recommend!!!
