   Second time here and will not be returning. The lady who was supposed to cut my hair suddenly had a family emergency, only to return a few minutes later! If that wasnt unprofessional enough, the salon offered no apologies or another hair dresser. Was not even offered another appointment to finish the job on a different day. Needless to say I left quite frustrated and with hair still wet. Shame I have to give one star as the service was nothing short of appalling and this is an absolute farce of a place. Went to another salon a few minutes down the road who were much more professional and polite...complete contrast to this one

   I’ve been struggling to find a good hairdresser in the area who understands and knows how to cut wavy/curly hair. I’m so happy with the haircut and service I’ve received from Chealsea today! Chealsea was very sweet and listened carefully to what I wanted. My hair is finally looking healthy and pretty again, thank you!

   This has been my hairdresser for the last 9 years and I have always been extremely happy with the service here. Everyone is very friendly and it is a very relaxing environment to have your hair cut! I moved out of the area a few years ago but continue to travel here to have my hair cut by Victoria who is excellent and I can't rate highly enough!

   Coudnt recommend this salon more. Despite it being a little out of budget for me I will still come here for years - you 100% get what you pay for! Super friendly staff who know what theyre doing! Even the junior staff members are better than any other salon I've tried. Thank you - I love my hair as always.

Alex did my highlights last time and I was extremely happy with the results - even better than anticipated! He was also very patient and took the time to listen to any queries I had, and I appreciate his honesty in advising what could be achieved with my hair type.
