   Peggy is absolutely amazing. She is the first hair colourist who truly listened to what I wanted and delivered the exact colour I asked for. I’ve been to many colourists before but none of them got it right the way Peggy did. Her attention to detail, knowledge and skill really show in her work. She took the time to explain the process, made me feel comfortable the entire appointment and the final result exceeded my expectations. My hair looks healthy, beautiful and the colour is perfect. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Peggy to anyone looking for a colourist who genuinely cares and delivers incredible results.

   I’ve woken up this morning happier than usual. Yesterday I was looked after by Reece, Daira (sorry if misspelt) and the brilliant Peggy. My haircut was perfect, I got upgraded to the top stylist after Darias honesty about her ability with no extra cost. I am extremely grateful. Their service and skills are clearly outstanding but what really shone through was their personality and fantastic character. They’ve not only made a happy customer but a happier person.

   I had the same stylist abroad for years, but this time I couldn’t make it there, so decided to give Headmasters Richmond a try. I have very long hair and I’m very picky about colour, so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. I went in for a consultation and the lady who looked after me booked me in with Daria. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Daria is so young, but she is so talented and professional. We discussed clearly what I wanted in the beginning, she explained my options and her suggestions. Once she started she was focused and very quick. I had a full head balayage and everything was done in 3h! This is unheard for me, I never stayed less than 5h in a salon before. Also, I was very pleased with her attention to detail - if I was comfortable enough (I’m 7 months pregnant), if I wanted a drink, the temperature of the water whilst washing my hair, etc. As for the results, I’ll let the before & after pictures say it all. Thank you SO much, Daria!

   Shrija is fantastic. I had a full head of balayage, cut and blow dry and it is even better than what I was expecting. Shrija not only took the time to fully understand what I was looking for and the colour that I wanted, but helped explain what sort of colours and cuts would look best on me (and made sure my hair remained healthy in the process!) She is such a lovely person, who is clearly incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend her services more!

   I’ve been to quite a number of headmasters and other salons over the years, and Paula at Richmond is by far the most knowledgeable, understanding for all your hair requirements, she just gets it, and delivers each time. she is Truly amazing. I travel over 60 miles since moving 8 years ago, as she’s the only hairdresser I trust with my hair.
