   I had such a lovely initial experience with Helen. It was really refreshing that she personally takes you through from the consultation to the colour, cut, wash and style. Helen takes her time with each step, you don't feel like you are being rushed, and she is very careful and considerate. She makes a great latte too! She even let me bring my dog in and brought him over water and treats. A very special experience with a very talented hair stylist.

   I recently had a full head of highlights with Helen. At the consultation she took time to make sure she fully understood what I was looking for and was careful to manage my expectations, clearly explaining the challenges of achieving the outcome I was hoping for. She also explained her method of working and the approximate time I would take to complete. On the day of the appointment she was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the process at all, her primary concern was getting the closest result to what I was looking for whilst maintaining the quality and health of my hair. I’m absolutely delighted with the colour and the overall appearance, the highlights are finely done (no big chunks of colour!) and she perfectly placed them around my face as I wear my hair up a lot. As well as a being an excellent colourist Helen is such a gorgeous woman to spend a few hours chatting with, she kept me supplied with peppermint tea and gave me such a relaxing head massage! It was an extremely positive experience and I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.

   Seeing Helen for my haircut was a whole experience. Helen carefully consulted on my hair, made me feel comfortable and provided me with enough knowledge and options to chose from to suit my best interest. The salon has a great friendly atmosphere and Helen’s professional and warming presence made it feel like a pampering experience from the first minute to the last. All the products used on my hair made it feel and look extremely silky and shiny for days, and the final result ended with my hair remaining long but much healthier. Highly recommend visiting Helen for her services.

For my first experience with colouring my hair she was patient, which made me feel reassured and excited about the process. She attentively listened to what it was I was hoping for as well as offering her expertise. I was delighted with my highlights and cut! She managed to help me achieve the fresh but natural look that I had desired. Helen is not only very talented but values the interpersonal aspects of her role.
