    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst customer service salon I have visited in my entire 45 years of life. Emma absolutely ruined my hair!! She butchered it to uneven chunks that looked like a child cut it. She was extremely rude, distracted and clearly didn’t care at all. Emma shouldn’t be allowed near scissors — she didn’t give me a hair cut, she gave me trauma. I asked for layers, Emma gave me life-long trust issues. If you hate yourself and your hair, book Emma.

    I had a haircut and color appointment with Emma, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The haircut was uneven and nothing like what I asked for, and the color turned out completely wrong. Beyond the poor technical work, the service was even worse. Emma was rude, dismissive, and came across as a bully. Instead of listening to me as a client, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the appointment. I left the salon feeling upset, embarrassed, and disrespected. For the high price I paid, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly warn others against booking with Emma if you expect basic respect, care, or quality results.

    My hair goes pass my bottom, I got butched ! Disgusting customer service, who won't take responsibility for their error. They refused to correct it as dare to ask me to pay to get it fixed. The stylist show her students to cut free hand while I sat facing away from the mirror unaware of the crime taken place. The stylist was happy with Rachel cutting my hair using this poor method. Seriously 180 cut! Patches of hair missing! The manager was revolting not to support their client , over 10 years of coming. She lie with the stylist that it a good cut and state to pay for it to be fix if I'm not happy. Due to our argument of being butched to looking like dog dinners .... HQ. Was amazing I forward my complaint with photo. And they got me to see a professional whom fix my hair from another salon. Even so from 10 years of coming with my family Suki Is the only one who is amazing at her job. The brown hair lady is terrible, hence my haircut. She a lier to promise to fix my hair! Customer service is non existence. Don't use the Hobs name and provide a poor service. No class for lieing and destroying your client hair. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

    I’ve been coming to hob every week for years now. I love it here from the super friendly receptionist Grace to everyone that works here, they create a lovely atmosphere that makes the ending to my week fab ! Lilly my amazing stylist has been cutting and blow drying my hair since she qualified, we always have great chats and is a brilliant hairdresser, Izzy washes my hair most weeks and is great & she is so lovely.

    i had an appointment with one of the junior stylist LILLY. it was for cut and blow dry. i usually go for the senior stylist and never had any complaints what so ever. due to the availability i optioned for LILLY. it was disappointing experience. the cut does not have any shape and the curly blow dry was not even lasted for more than 2 hours. very disappointed with the services.

    Saw Saira for a cut and blowout and she was absolutely amazing! Well worth every penny! Best hair cut I've had in a while. She talked me through each step and advised with what style cut she thought would suit my hair texture. Will definitely be coming back! (Honestly MILES better than Amba Salon down the road).

    This salon has definitely dropped their standards to very low. Paid for my hair to be coloured bright red. Showed a picture to SHANNON before the day of appointment ON day of the appointment numerous times to walk out with my hair not having not much difference then when I first walked in. I’ve also read a complaint today on Google reviews of the SAME stylist Shannon doing the SAME thing to another customer and nothing is being done about it. Hiring untrained staff and stealing peoples money. This salon is a SCAM, they will say yes to everything and you will not receive what you asked for and will pay the same price. After complaining they will do Absolutely nothing but he cheeky over the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS A SCAM.
