    I have been trying to get an appointment with a doctor for months. I received a message saying I had to have a blood test before I could see a doctor. I later found out this was for a very basic test. Based on the test results the doctor messaged to say I should take over the counter vitamins. My symptoms worsened so I asked for a GP appointment again. I have just been for my appointment and was seen by a nurse (not a doctor) who blamed my symptoms on medication I haven't taken for months and said I should carry on taking the vitamins. This practice will waste your time fobbing you off rather than seeing you and if they do see you, it won't be by a qualified doctor. Go to another practice.

    I have never had a bad experience here. My recent appointment on 10/10/25 was fab. Was seen by Dr Lee, got an appt within the same day, felt heard, listened to, acknowledged. Got the help I needed. Can’t fault anything!

    RACIST AND CONDESCENDING Writing on behalf of my good friend, who had the misfortune of dealing with the appallingly rude and blatantly RACIST receptionist on 02/10 in the afternoon. My friend received a text message confirming she had an appointment in "Balby" on a Saturday ... with no indication of which clinic this was meant to be. Obviously, she had to call to clarify. The woman on the phone was absolutely VILE. She repeatedly spoke over my friend, telling her to "let me speak" and saying "OBVIOUSLY its this clinic". How on earth is it obvious when even Google lists this clinic as closed on weekends? What's WORSE, it that this woman went as far as to mock my friends pronunciation of "Scott" because of her Russian accent. My friend speaks perfect English; this receptionists tone was purely condescending and discriminatory! This is completely unacceptable behaviour from anyone, let alone from the first point of contact in a health care setting. We will be submitting an OFFICAL WRITTEN COMPLAINT and expect that this matter be treated seriously, with appropriate disciplinary action taken. Patients deserve respect and compassion, not humiliation and hostility!

    Only giving 1 star because I can't give less. Absolutely awful, reception staff are so rude and unhelpful. Never any appointments available at reasonable times for people that actually have a job and you as the patient are blamed when you can't attend the only appointment available for 3 weeks. Some of the clinicians are nice and helpful when you eventually get through to them but it would be easier to escape Alcatraz than have a normal conversation with one of these awful receptionists.

    No complaints in general, can usually be seen within a couple days if I call first thing, all staff have always been so helpful and kind. Recently had a prescription which wasn’t in stock in any pharmacy due to manufacturing issues, called the practice at 5:40pm on a Friday afternoon and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to call me after closing to confirm she’d arranged the doctor to prescribe alternative medication to a pharmacy that was still open so I didn’t have to suffer all weekend. Thanks again!

    Excellent experience with Helen and Nic today dealing with me being a pain for a blood test. I've also found that the doctors and staff at this practice actually care about their patients wellbeing. I had an unscheduled out of the blue call to monitor my mental health after I'd been unwell, I've actually been listened to by doctors, my needs have been understood and addressed and I've always been given information in a way thats set my expectations for time frames and what comes next. Thank you for what I can only describe as excellent service :)

    One doctor said I needed a minor surgery done here after a course of antibiotics. Antibiotics didn’t work so I rang up again and got a different doctor that didn’t even ask anything about my problem and just said I’ll be fine. Fast forward 2 weeks and I couldn’t walk. Receptionist tried telling me I was overreacting and didn’t need surgery. Week later rushed in for surgery and was waiting an hour for the doctor and the receptionist was busy eating a McDonald’s and the doctor didn’t seem to understand how you can’t push a needle in too far without causing immense pain and that he needed to numb all the area not just a little bit so I felt all the surgery and complained but didn’t do anything to help me reduce the pain. It’s pathetic and now I have to go back in 5 weeks for another surgery. Worse doctors you can go to

    So far (since using the online service) responses have been prompt and I've had treatment for any issues promptly too. I'd recommend anyone looking to book anything at all try and find an online route to do so. Also the DR's and staff I have met so far have been very professional and helpful, especially reception (in person).

    I am totally disappointed with the way you are treated as a person and that no one answers your phone. Total ignorance towards a tax payer in this country. Shy. I do not recommend to anyone. I don't want anyone's pity but consultation and treatmentIt's strange for a receptionist to treat you with such indifference to a doctor who really talks to you nicely. How are humans above us?
