   I got the keratin treatment done by Harrison. Not to be dramatic, but it’s literally life changing. I have curly, porous hair. The process of blowing my hair out takes ages, only for it to turn into a frizzy mess after 5 minutes of being outside. The hard water and humidity in London, makes everything so overwhelming. Now, my hair just blowdries straight, smooth, sleek and stays that way which is literally a dream. Also, it doesn’t dry pin straight or flat, it looks natural. Now my routine is so quick and easy. I wish I’ve done this sooner and I will 100% come back to get it redone when it’s needed. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Harrison is really friendly, explains everything clearly and quick and also gave me a perfect trim and curtain bangs. The attached pictures are a before and after right after blowdrying without any extra styling.

   Edward James (Putney) is a fantastic salon. Extremely professional but in a relaxed and almost spa vibe way. I had my hair styled by Harrison who did a fabulous job. I have also seen Ashley who is also brilliant. All in all the total experience is top notch and the Aveda products are a sensorial delight!

   I had my hair extensions done for the first time and I loved it! The whole experience was absolutely great! Oliver made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took his time to make sure the extensions blended perfectly with my hair. The result looks gorgeous—so natural and exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. ✨

   By far one of the best hairdressers I have been to. All staff were very welcoming and pleasant to speak to. Harrison, who took care of me was excellent. I got exactly what I asked for and more. They start you off with a stress free relaxing head massage using oils (LOVED) I have nothing bad to say about this salon, walked out with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you again Harrison and the staff at Edward James.

   I had an amazing experience at Edward James! I went in to get a full head of highlights and also ended up getting a keratin treatment which has left my hair feeling amazing and so soft. My stylist was Dalis and she was absolutely lovely, so sweet and talked me through everything that we were going to do to my hair. Even how to keep it looking and feeling good at home after the appointment. The before and after picture shows just how amazing Dalis did with my hair, absolutely love it!! I also was given a complementary hair/head massage before getting my hair done and it was amazing. This was my second time visiting this salon and will definitely be my go to salon now. Wonderful staff all around and such a welcoming salon!

   I have been going to Edward James in Putney for a year. My regular stylist is Savannah and she is brilliant. She is so good that I followed her from the previous salon she used to work at. She will always consult with you regardless of being a regular client and will always ensure that you get the best haircut, style , colour that will suit you and make you feel great! The staff are all welcoming and Savannah is friendly but professional and definitely makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend this salon and Savannah

   A warm, welcoming and comfortable experience from start to finish. I was well looked after by all staff, I felt relaxed and pampered. I have long thick Asian hair and Laylah the salon director always gives me the best cuts that make my hair manageable but keep is luscious. Can’t wait for my next cut and blow dry.

   I felt like I needed to leave a review for this place. I recommended this salon to my boss, believe me, their service is amazing. I loved the British blow dry done by Genaro. My hair was a bit damaged and now it is so much softer, frizz-free and hydrated, my strands feel extremely nourished. Also, Genaro is very funny and friendly, with such positive energy!!! I loved every minute there, honestly, they give you a VIP treatment! I also loved the massage I received and shout out to the receptionist too, who is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much, guys! do yourself a favour and go to this salon! you deserve it :)))
