    Absolutely love my new hair! The cut is so fresh and easy to style, and the colour is gorgeous – just the right shade with loads of dimension. The blow dry at the end made it look so smooth and bouncy, I walked out feeling amazing. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave great advice too.     Update: I was contacted by the salon and they apologised, gave me a refund, and offered a free scalp treatment, so I have increased the review by another star. The staff were all very friendly while I was there. Review: It’s taken me 4 weeks to build the courage to leave this review. I asked for what I thought was a basic cut, with layers and face framing. I told the stylist about my side parting 3 times but still insisted on cutting to a middle part, leaving me with a wedge of short blunt and uneven bangs on one side. I have no long hair further forward than my ear now. The bangs were not blended to the rest of the hair, giving a weird jellyfish cut effect. The one area I wanted a lot of hair off, for layers in the back, I had to ask twice to cut more hair there for a choppy layer look, but it still wasn’t achieved. Instead the lengths are now completely lopsided, with a huge chunk taken from the right side. Strongly do not recommend coming here. I paid in advance so there is £70 I won’t get back, not including what I’ve paid since for hair extensions.

    Couldn’t recommend them more! I went for a big cut of about 6-7 inches from long hair into a bob, and Arwa was fantastic. He had a small consultation with me where we discussed the vision and shared photos etc, and the haircut turned out amazing! He really listened to what I wanted and gave a fantastic haircut. I would definitely recommend getting a haircut here!
