   I Described what I wanted and even showed a video of what I wanted.I put a lot of emphasis on the fact that I don’t want it to be short and he did just that regardless. Paid little to no attention to the video I showed and went off doing his own thing straight away. This is my first time having a bad experience in this place but I’m still never coming back. He also shaved one side of my beard for no reason despite me not telling him to do so. Honestly seemed like the barber had no idea what he was doing.

   I highly recommend! Great customer care, at the beginning the gentleman offered me coffee, where the great culture of this salon was shown, attention to detail and details at the highest possible level. Conversation and approach to the customer in terms of hairstyle also at a high level, nothing to add, nothing to take away, I will definitely come back! highly recommend.

   I've been going to Gennaro for many years now, and I can confidently say he's the best hairdresser I've ever had. He's incredibly attentive, consistent, and professional—and somehow always remembers exactly how I like my haircut, even though I only go in about four times a year! Even after moving out of the area, I still happily commute up to 2.5 hours just to see him. Honestly, I’ve told him I’d keep coming back even if I ended up living in Sheffield! That’s how good he is. An absolute gem—couldn’t recommend him and the team enough.

   I went to Vito a few months ago with my son who was in need of a hair cut. After making a 9 year old child wait for almost 50 minutes one of the brothers told us that they're busy and we should leave. Very rude, very arrogant, very unprofessional.

   Everyone was really polite there was a really good atmosphere the guy who was doing my haircut was clearly very experienced and gave me a really really nice haircut they have a wide variety of products and know which to use in what situation. overall a really good experience.    I moved to London as a student and these are the best barbers I've found in the area. Always friendly, easy to talk to and not forceful with conversation if you'd rather be quiet that day. Run by some amazing guys as well. My new regular spot!
