They address all your questions or concerns before doing the style you prefer with respect and patience, the 2 main hairdressers are lovely woman and seriously talented at their job Couldn't be happier to get my two strand twists done here, my hair has never felt healthier!!!! definitely returning and I highly recommend to anyone in the NW area
