   I arranged a morning appointment for a pedicure but when I arrived I waited 20 minutes before I was told they were running late and could I come back in the afternoon. The pedicure was very disappointing in a broken chair and no nail polish. I was nearly charges £45 but when queried I was told £35. A waste of time and money.

   Chameleon CANNOT do gel nail extensions. The end product was far from competent and a way off what was agreed. On seeing the photo, staff should have said "No, we do not have the competence to do what you want done, sorry." Saying "yes" but then using fast talk to limit what would be delivered once the customer was committed, is not acceptable. Nails are 1) too short, 2) triangle where a curve was requested ("that will take too long, you don't want that!"), 3) not what was agreed at the start. "No, we can't do that" is the right answer.

   After having been to the same salon for 5 years I was nervous to try somewhere new but I was so happy with my highlights at Chameleon. The staff were friendly and efficient and I am so happy to have found a great salon closer to where I live. I only wish I had come here sooner! Highly recommend.

   Really disappointed by the beautician who did my nails. Told me wrong stuff like ooh the glue under your nails will go after to 2 days .... yeah with my capsules. This is the first thing they teach you do not let glus under its gonna unglue the capsules. Didn't clean under my nails before to start. Didn't desinfect her hands or some tools, used the brush from the color shellac to do my French. I even had to explain her how to do her job. I'm beautician and what she did was level of a beginner. I really don't recommend this salon for nails!!!. However thanks Vanessa for my feet and thanks Bella for my braids this is why I put stars

   We booked for a hairstyle for an event for my daughter. Pre-paid £50 and when my daughter turned up the styler was late and as she was styling, my daughter could see the style wasn’t to what she wanted. She asked politely for it to be redone so the stylist was rude and told her that she’s been her with a long time and can’t possibly do anything else. My daughter came back crying and we had to pay another hairdresser to redo her hair and it ruined her whole day. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional.

   I went in for hair colour. From the beginning I told her I want a big difference , really blond highlights. When she did it there was no change I could hardly see anything. She said don't worry will fix it and of course she charge me twice as much for her mistake..
