   I had my hair cut by Ashley while the kids were in the crèche at the gym downstairs. Such a relaxing treat and an amazing cut - exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

   Not happy at all. My partner went in for the first time to get a full-head dark brown balayage. We showed Demi the picture of the style we wanted, and what we got was completely the opposite. We then had to go in again to try and get it fixed, which felt slightly rushed, leaving my partner’s hair with multiple shades of colour. The first image was what we showed The second image was what got The third image was after the supposed fix. Lovely girls and atmosphere, but cant follow instructions or has the technical skills to handle curly hair.

   This was my first time visiting a headmasters ever and what a positive experience I’ve had. I went to a stylist called Caitlin who I was recommended through a friend who has gone to Caitlin on several occasions and has always been happy with the result. As soon as I walked into the salon she made me feel really welcomed, her consultation was thorough and left me feeling really confident in her ability’s to reach the goal I wanted to achieve that day. She talked me through everything, even whilst she was doing my hair she was telling me about the technique she was using and why she was doing it/ what result it would give me. She could tell I was nervous and really tried her best to keep me informed and comfortable. The end result was amazing, exactly what I wanted! The balayage blended beautifully and made me feel so confident, Caitlin really went the extra mile to ensure I got the result I wanted, I didn’t feel like my appointment was rushed at all (which was one of my concerns from using another chain salon) all the girls where very nice and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Caitlin and to all the other girls at headmaster Raynes Park, such a lovely team!!

   Left bleach on the underside of my hair for too long and it FELL OUT. Paid >£130 for highlights to still have visible roots and no hair at the back of my head. Never go there again

   I was looking for a trim for a longer haircut. At other places way too much has been taken off and styling hasn't been good. Really glad I gave Headmasters a try. They listened to my requests and the result was great. Will definitely be going back.

   Well , that’s my first bad review ever .. not sure where to begin , came with straightforward request of highlights and a toner . The colourist Sorcha , highly recommended balayage , so it turned out a total nightmare. I have ended up with weird colour all over .. the girl should really do more training , as even I knew more than her in regards to colour and toners she used . Ruined day and I have an important appointment tomorrow , which I am going to look ridiculous at . Manager was very understanding and more experienced though , so I wasn’t charge for this “art work” the worst thing when the colourist blamed me and the bad lighting in the salon,which really is outrageous. Have a look at photo attached . Advice to the company - invest in your staff as they are ruining peoples hair . My hair is orange/green/brown ..

   Over the moon with my new Hair. I've mad the decision to go from long hair to long bob and couldn't have made a better decision than to trust Dejan with the cutting and colouring. I've never been so happy with balayage/Highlights. So natural and just perfect. Thank you so much.
