   I had a great experience at Serenity when I got my hair cut and dyed a couple of weeks ago as a new customer. It was my first time having my hair professionally coloured, and Tim took the time to explain the best way to achieve the look I wanted, which really put me at ease. The salon itself is calm and welcoming, and everyone there is both knowledgeable and friendly. I’m really pleased with how my hair turned out and will certainly be back.

   Had my hair dyed and cut here earlier today, followed by a blowdry. Amazing service and incredibly friendly staff! I was advised on what colour would be best for my hair from the options i chose, and was guided through the haircut to completely transform my hair.    I recently got my hair cut here and have previously gotten a balyage. It might be a bit on the higher end of prices but all the money is worth it for the experience they have. They talk you through the process and don’t sell you unrealistic results. I have genuinely never left here unhappy, these are the only people I trust with my hair !!! Also went back again today to get my hair cut and there was this new girl called Kiera who did my hair. She was so lovely and friendly and gave me an exactly what I wanted. Genuinely could never be disappointed in this place everyone has such a lovely attitude and makes sure to work around your concerns with your hair !!!

   I was truly amazed… I called and was scheduled for an appointment right away. Unsure of what to expect, they patiently discussed various ideas with me. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The salon has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. They did an exceptional job on my balayage.
