   I travel from the South Coast to come to The Barnet Salon because they do brilliant (the best) haircuts and colour. It is professionally run, no waiting to be seen. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Feel like you are in expert hands. I This time Jo & Sez my normal stylist and colourist weren’t available so I had Amy & Liz instead and they were both excellent. Felt I was in safe hands and as always had a brilliant cut blow dry and colour. I’d had an interim trim in a local salon to me, as I couldn’t get up to Barnet Big mistake! Amy spotted it immediately and has put my hair cut back on course.

   Absolute pleasure visiting Toni & Guy Barnet for the first time today! Laura washed my hair beautifully! Then Amy the style director listened intently and cut my hair to perfection!!! Never been so happy with a hairdressing experience as I was today! Lovely cup of tea and felt pampered and listened to! Amy was excellent and such a professional!! My new favourite hair salon and hairdresser!!

   Sez and Joe are simply the best hairdressers. I have been going to have my hair cut and coloured with them both for around 10 years and have loved every haircut and colour. I thought it was about time to write a review! My hair colour always looks very natural and I loved the styling that was done by Emma last time. I left feeling like a new person. Thank you guys!! I want to mention too that I really like how they both keep up to date with latest trends and treatments.

   AVOID this place at all costs!! The worst haircut I’ve ever had and most disgraceful customer services from the manger I’ve ever encountered. I requested a curly hair specialist to cut my hair and the women called “naz” was available after showing her previous pictures of my hair and what I wanted she went on to butchered my hair. I asked many times what she was doing and she tried to reassure me that she knew what she was doing. After the cut she started to blow dry my “curly” hair straight ? (Images provided.) I spoke with the manager explained this was not what was requested. I was in tears and told him I’m a professional model and have been for nearly 10 years represented by multiple agencies and this has now impacted my self-esteem and heavily affected my income. He offered to personally correct my hair once it had grown out but the damage was done. After 6 months, stupidly i gave the salon the benefit of the doubt and I went back for my hair cut to be corrected. I was 12 minutes late to the appointment due to the train strikes that day and i had informed the salon face to face 6 hours prior and also on the phone on my way to the salon but the manager “Joe” refused to cut my hair due to the 12 minuets delay despite being informed on two occasions prior to the appointment. When questioned why I wasn’t informed on this policy he begin to shout at me in the salon VERY aggressively which was ultimately humiliating. This man should not be in charge of a reputable brand. Bullying, insulting peoples looks and intimidating customers is DISGUSTING! behaviour. I have a video recording of this and only wish I could upload it here.I will being contacting HR and taking this further. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!
