DISGUSTING treatment with the doctors at this GP been over 5 times regarding pain in my side they told me to go home and take pain killers everytime. I finally went to the hospital because the pain had got to much and turns out I have a belly disease which is irreversible now because I noticed it too late! If my gp helped me when I went the first time over 3 years ago I could have helped it before it got worse! And this is not the only problem they have told me to go home and take pain killers for. I now do not bother with my gp as I think there disgusting and vile doctors who do not care for patients. I am still waiting 9 months for a appointment at a urologist from them.

I specifically asked to see my Dr...I was told by the receptionist I would have to wait up to two days for some to phone me to tell me if I could have an appointment with MY Dr....she informed me that they took approx 600 phone calls a day from people trying to get appointment....so I asked her why have they so many patients on their books if they can't see to there needs....I believe this is a very poor system...I wasn't expecting an appointment today but I also think it's extremely un professional of a receptionist to tell me I have to wait up to 2 days for someone to call me back to say if I can have as requested a face to face appointment with MY DR.....

One receptionist in particular is so rude. Thinks she’s better than you. (I’ve chosen not to mention her name). Because of ‘you’, you have set my mental health back so much. Something may seem little and nothing to you can be a huge impact and massive to someone else, me.

I haven't seen my GP face to face for years. I had two hip replacements last year, never saw my GP. Last month I was diagnosed with colon cancer, still not seen a GP at my practice. So disappointed and upset, that after being a patient at this practice for years, and having been diagnosed with cancer, they haven't made a face to face appointment to talk to me about it. I've been told by other medical practitioners to make an official complaint against my GP practice. I always praised Scawsby Health Centre for their walk in appointments, but since COVID, it's gone down hill. After saying this many thanks to the Clinician, Richard Phillips. What a fantastic job he did for me.

Problem with generic Finasteride, spoke with pharmacist who contacted my chemist, all sorted no problems. Thanks to receptionist who arrange call back, when booking appointments could we not be notified by text and also Patient Access. This service will be acceptable instead of waiting for a Drs medication review.

Rude and unhelpful, the two Karens (dont know their real names and dont care) on the desk are just awful, awful human beings in general. never able to get an appointment and you need to tell the Karens all your problems before they will even go an speak to an actual doctor. clearly just being nosy. the last time my son saw an actual doctor there i cant remember, they are all just using covid as an excuse to toss it off at this point. despicable throughout.

You know why this GP has become a pile of garbage. So that Government can push and force us to buy private health insurance and then there will be a lots of appointment again in the same health centre with same doctors and nurses. Old people were lucky. New Generation is going to suffer.

Surprise this place is still running. 96 times I've phoned and couldn't get through and when I did I say for 30 minutes in a que to be answered and told there are no appointments and to phone 111 absolute joke of a GP practice, with this gp it's a case of grin and bare what the problem is or wait till it out of control and go to emergency centre. DO NOT recommend Eventually changed Gp after 2 doctors looked at my 2yr old and said he was fine was a viral I took him to see another gp who proscribed him antibiotics for a bad chest infection and said his chest sounded terrible! Same is now happening with my parter no appointments no-one will see him even having getting sent back by same day health. AVOID AVOID AVOID staff are rude receptionist think there gps and GPS fob you off.
