   Popped in to ask if they had any availability and to my luck they had a few today, I decided to get it as I was already there. ecora the salon director was very welcoming and professional, I had long hair and she cut and styled it short. It is lovely and I am in love with the hair cut would definitely be going there again. Thank you again ecora, you made a bad and anxious day into a lovely day.

   Hair location- very clean and staff are all friendly and Beautiful! and lovely ladies. Popped in for a quick wash and blow dry the experience was relaxing and wonderful throughout.    Had a lovely haircut here by Adele. I hadn't cut my hair in a long time; so glad I came to hair location for a restyle. Adele made sure to check with me if I was happy with the style I wanted and was very polite throughout. After being satisfied with my cut, I recommended my sister to come here for a restyle too. Again, Adele did a fantastic job. Will come here again for my next haircut :)

   I am ashamed to say that I have just got round to writing a review on Hair Location. I have been going to them for quite a few years. They have always made me feel very welcome and I would absolutely say they are true professionals. I usually have Elora to do my hair. She listens carefully to what you want done and does it without any problems at all. I get the impression she quietly gets to know her clients really well and gives them her best. As I can also see, the rest of the staff do the same. I would certainly recommend this salon. Teresa J

   I had a great experience today getting my hair coloured for the first time (balayage). Katerina did my hair and i couldn’t be happier. I wasn’t happy with my same old hair and now she has helped me to absolutely love it! Thanks to the staff who made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. So happy!

   Attended as a first time client for a cut and blow dry, however I left feeling extremely disappointed in the cut and the service. I had been recommended the salon by a friend and read the reviews which all seemed so wonderful. Staff seemed friendly on arrival, however the cut was of very poor quality and uneven at the ends. I had booked for a cut and blow dry but the blow dry was a very rushed rough dry with absolutely no styling of the hair. The hair was choppy and heavy at the ends as it hadn't been cut properly. When I requested the stylist to blow dry it using a brush she stated that she didn't have time to which made the experience even less enjoyable. For a senior stylist to be cutting hair, I definitely expected more professionalism and quality. Service and cut was absolutely not worth the money I paid, and had to pay another £40 to have it cut and styled properly (at another salon where they did a fantastic job of correcting the previous cut!) - even the other hair dresser was horrified of how bad the cut was. Spoke to the owner of the salon and sent him photos of the bad cut, however no real compensation was offered, only another trip to the salon which I kindly declined due to the previous negative experience. Sadly, will not be attending this salon again.
