   You know how London can sometimes feel all business, but no heart? Not at this salon, where I got the greatest haircut from Giusy! I felt comfortable, staff was competent, happy and relaxed, and I got a delicious slice of cake to top it off. Would recommend :)

   Had the best haircut of my life here! Completely randomly walked in as I had a few hours to kill in the neighbourhood (and happened to be looking rather shabby). The staff kindly squeezed me, despite being near closing time. Sheryl was ace! Great to chat with and did wonders with the mop on my head. I was delighted with the outcome. Afterwards and rather unusually, I received so many compliments from people! I couldn't recommend her more highly. Thank you!

   AVOID!! The worst salon experience I've had in years and I am completely shocked given the price and reputation of this place. I wanted to try a new salon nearby and gave this place a try, but now I'm left with hair that is completely uneven in so many places. It's an amateur haircut at best and the hairdresser was very rough with my hair, she was completely rushing it and clearly didn't care much. Everyone I've seen has now commented on how uneven it is, and I can't believe that this could happen let alone at such a salon. I might as well have cut my hair in some place for £20 because it would still probably be better than this. There are FAR better salons in Queen's park, do yourself a favour and skip this one, it's not at all up the standard it seems.

   I went to a diffrent hairdresser who seriously damaged my hair. I went to Cutting Crew at Queen's Park. They gave advise and have been doing treatments to help repair the damage by previous hairdresser. I would highly recommend them. Good honest opinions and great friendly staff .

   I have been a client at Cutting Crew Queen’s Park for many years. This is an excellent salon and Katie is the best colourist and stylist I have ever had. Having moved out of London I would never consider going anywhere else. All the staff is welcoming and professional and it is such a positive all round experience. Each appointment starts with a discussion on how the cut and colour met expectation and any adjustments are carried out if I ask for them.I often have people ask me who styles my hair, including on one occasion someone I passed in the street. I can not recommend Katie and this salon enough. Outstanding.
