Amazing cut, blow dry and treatment from Mozhan - she listened to exactly what I needed and my hair looks a million dollars! Shima did a fantastic job threading my brows and upper lip, really efficient and great shape. Thank you both so much! Canβt wait to come back :)
***EDIT*** A different member of staff contacted me and resolved this issue. Was incredibly apologetic and refunded me the full price. Was very grateful and would be willing to try with her in the future. Would give this 0 stars if I could. So disappointed in the service and how it was handled. I came for eyebrow lamination, which Iβve had many times before at different salons. A day later, not only did my eyebrows not receive the laminated effect, they also bleached the eyebrows and turned them a very odd ginger colour. When I called the salon to complain, they were very defensive and told me the colour change was supposed to happen and itβs just the products can affect people that way. It definitely is not as Iβve had them done in lots of places and this has never happened before. They are also not laminated whatsoever itβs as if theyβve just been badly bleached. Very very disappointed. No refund or resolution was given.
This is an amazing place! Danny is professional, creative and just wonderful! All the staff are welcoming and pleasant. My family are regular clients for a few years now and always happy with their haircuts. Itβs so lovely to be greeted warmly - even when just passing by without an appointment. The atmosphere is warm and friendly - and the coffee is very good too. Its great to have this salon in our local neighbourhood.
I've been coming there to get my eyebrows done for more than a year. Always professional service and super lovely staff working there.
Do NOT ever go get your manicure at this place. I had quite long nails and asked the manicurist to shorten them but to watch out for my nail bed. Instead of cutting them at a reasonable length and filing the rest, she cut them maximally short and tried to file to give them an even shape. Not only did it hurt due to length but she also did it so incompetently that my nails looked as if a five-year-old tried to shape them. I had to tell her exactly what to do in order to try and save anything of my previously beautiful long nails. Nonetheless, she was so incompetent and it hurt so much (even leaving small injuries on my fingertips from all the filing so close to the skin) that I simply told her not to finish the service and left. I ended up going to another place at which I had to pay Β£60 to fix the damage done and where it caused shock to other manicurists that someone clearly so bad at their job can be allowed to hold it. As a warning to all who are considering this place for their manicure: DO. NOT. GO. Iβve been getting my nails done for 7 years and never have I encountered someone so clearly lacking skill to do the very basics of manicure.
I walked in curious of the interior and I was greeted by the most warmest of staff. They were super helpful, booked me in straight away, made sure I had a coffee on arrival (which tasted great, and they had oat milk on the go) and I felt really comfortable. If was my first time using their service and Rosemary is an outstanding beautician. Extremely experienced, very positive and has a warm aura. I rarely go out of my way to write a review but the experience, service and staff were amazing, I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. :)
This place is a gem! Itβs gorgeous, friendly and well priced. The service was amazing, everyone went out of their way to me feel very welcome. The in-house coffee bar is a brilliant feature too. The place to go if you are in the area.
