   2024 Just moved into the area so looking for a good hairdresser and l came across Dtail. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Jess did my roots. She was brilliant spent time with me to check out the colour chart to match up with my extensions. The colour was lovely and my hair felt great lovely and shinny. I went shopping afterwards and a lady in a shop commented on my hair that how lovely the colour looked. Today 17th April 25 Absolutely Brilliant Roots by the Wonderful Jess at Dtail! For the past couple of years, Dtail has been my go-to salon, and the absolute star of the show for my root touch-ups has consistently been the incredible Jess. Every single time I sit in her chair, I know I'm in for not just expertly done roots, but a truly outstanding experience. Jess approaches my hair with nothing less than 100% dedication and skill. The colour match is always flawless, blending seamlessly with the rest of my hair. She pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every strand is perfectly covered, leaving me with a natural and vibrant finish that lasts. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident, with absolutely no tell-tale lines or unevenness. But Jess's exceptional service goes far beyond just her technical expertise. She is an absolute delight to chat with, making each appointment feel like catching up with a friend. Our conversations flow effortlessly, and she genuinely listens, making the time fly by. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jess. Whether it's a specific request or a last-minute tweak, she always accommodates with a smile and a can-do attitude. And let's not forget the fantastic coffee! Jess makes a truly great cup, which is always a lovely touch and adds to the overall relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere of my appointments. Going to Dtail is always a pleasure, but it's Jess who truly elevates the experience.    Love coming to Dtail salon! All the stylists are so welcoming and friendly. It’s clean and tidy. Relaxing environment. Also, the chair they have at the basins for hair washing are recliner chairs which makes having your hair washed so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend!

   I was so nervous to get my haircut after a botched one several years ago by another hairdresser. Simon listened to my reservations and put me completely at ease ! What a gent ! I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’ve had the best haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life and he will be my hairdresser for life. If I could give more then 5 stars , I would. Professional, clean atmosphere and the best hairdresser, ever !

   I was really impressed with the hair salon. I had a colour consultation that was thorough, friendly and helpful. They took their time to assess what it was I wanted. And the actual colour came out fantastic on the day. I really felt like I'd been listened to, which is great. The only thing missing on the day was the 'lil head massage you get when they rinse the colour out, but perhaps it was a busy day. The main thing was how welcoming everyone was, and how excellent my colour is! And it's really stuck too - there's been no fading so far. It's now on file too, so when I go back I can easily get the same colour again. Thanks!

   I just had my hair cut and styled for the first time at Dtail, I was warmly welcomed, the salon is really modern, clean and the basin room was really cozy and relaxing. I had a treatment which has left my hair feeling brand new, super shiny and glossy and the cut and blow dry is perfect! I’m really happy with the results and looking forward to returning soon.    Danielle & her team always deliver a professional service, offering good advice/tips in a welcoming & relaxing environment. I have been going to Dtail for many years (so many I now even take my little girl along for a haircut) after trying various salons and never really being satisfied with my fine coloured hair. At Dtail I always come walking out delighted with a good cut and colour, I highly recommend.
