   Ugur is a talented hairdresser , who actually listens to your requests , rather than just doing what he thinks is best. He gives his expert advice and you always leave the salon with what you have asked for. It is also a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! My mother is also very happy with her treatments.

   This was honestly the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The way the colour was applied felt like it was slapped on with the brush, and the hair wash was very uncomfortable. The blow-dry was so rough and aggressive that I had to stop her from continuing, and my hair was left smelling burnt from the heat being far too high. On top of that, I was even hit with the dryer and not given so much as an apology. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. I would never return and would not recommend this salon. I had to wash and style my hair as soon as I came home because I couldn’t leave it in that state.

   I had my haircut at Coco Cockfosters which turned in to a disaster. The hairdresser that cut my hair chopped away so fast and then as there was no time for a proper blow dry, i had a rough hair dry but the hairdresser didnt come back to check the hair cut and finish off (which is what usually happens at other well established salons). Anyways, after reaching home and styling my hair i saw how bad the cut was. I immediately called the salon back who made excuses initially of why my cut was the way it was. However, i did go back today where one of the other hair dressers tried to correct it, but 2 other hairstylists at the salon both confirmed that the hair cut was too choppy and not blended. The kind hair dresser did her best but in the end said il have to grow it out to have it corrected properly. I didn't receive an apology or any sort of compensation for this. I would have expected the salon manager or someone with authority to come and speak to me and make things right. I wouldn't recommend this salon.

   I came to Nedim feeling really frustrated after getting hair extensions done elsewhere - they were completely different from what I asked for. Nedim was incredibly professional, polite, and respectful. He listened carefully and fixed my hair so quickly, giving me exactly what I wanted. I travel all the way from Romford to Cockfosters just to have my hair done by him - Highly recommend!

   I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, but I can’t even begin how impressed me and my mum are with this salon. We visited this salon today and we were not disappointed. When it comes to keratin treatment, dying, haircutting and styling, hairstylist Nedim is the ultimate example of excellence. When it comes to hair, we’ve finally found our go-to hair salon.

   No happy I wanted cat my hair 3 cm little bit and then cat of half of my length 10 cm too much Don’t listen carefully send me home with wet hair with (-1 cools day ) I look ugly with my new haircut Not recommending this place We have hair cat to my daughter no happy very bad experience in this salon my and her hair never looked so bad
