Kristina does a brilliant job with my hair. She’s so quick and excellent value for money. My hair always comes out looking fab. I live locally and often walk by. This salon is always busy and it’s clear why! I highly recommend. I am very picky about my hair and keep returning to Kristina for the amazing job she does.
I’ve been to Kristina twice now and both times have been absolutely fabulous. She really takes the time to make sure you leave looking and feeling great - and has worked wonders when my hair was in a right state to begin with. Honestly produces one of the best blondes you’ll find in London!

Reviews are meant to say good and bad things, too. I have both. A while ago I went to this salon and I was happy. The lady did what I asked her to do. Yesterday I went again to do the same and left there wanting to cry and sad. She didn't do the job I asked her to do and she has different prices. The first time she asked for £60, yesterday she didn't know how much to ask me and she asked me how much I paid the first time which she didn't know. She going to ask £75. My hair is horrible, badly cut, on one side there is more hair and longer than the other side. Too short for what I asked her to do. Unfortunately I have to wait for my hair to grow to fix it. Now, I understand why the salon is always empty.
I cannot recommend Kristina enough! I first came to her in tears after another hairdresser completely ruined my hair with the worst cut. Kristina not only fixed it but also made me feel so comfortable and cared for during the process. That was two years ago, and I’ve been going to her ever since for balayage, cuts, and blowdries. I fully trust her with my hair - she’s the absolute BEST! I always leave her chair with gorgeous, healthy hair and a smile on my face. Plus, she’s so lovely to chat with, making every visit a pleasure. If you’re looking for someone who is talented and truly cares about her clients, Kristina is your person. Thanks Kristina! x

The BEST salon I have ever visited, by far. I recently visited Kristina&Ben salon after going to Headmasters for years (due to taking advantage of their 50% colour sale) and I can safely say I will only ever be going back to Kristina&Ben going forward. Kristina was lovely and chatty, and you could tell she really cared about the service she provided and what you got out of it, as she took the time to ask you questions, answer any questions you had and gave her opinion on things. The price was so reasonable and far cheaper than when I visited Headmasters, even when they had their 50% colour sale. I left Kristina&Ben the happiest I have ever been with my hair, have had so many compliments on it and I can safely say I will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much, Kristina!
I have been going to Kristina’s hair salon since I moved down to London and have never looked elsewhere. She always fits me into her schedule ASAP and accommodates my working hours. She does a brilliant job of my hair and I am always delighted with the result and the cost is so reasonable compared to most London salons. An all round lovely lady and a great salon :)
Couldn't recommend Kristina enough - she was super personable, and lovely. I was early, and she started straight away on washing my hair - did not feel rushed at all though. I opted for a simple cut and blow, but she did a fantastic job. My hair was unhealthy prior to the apt, but Kristina got rid of all the split ends, and insisted on a curled finish. The price was super affordable in comparison to local alternatives - anyone thinking of going to a chain, I would think again and consider Kristina&Ben, as not only would you be guaranteed to receive an excellent service, but you are also helping out a local business.
