Claire is the absolute best!! I always leave her feeling confident and happy. She is incredibly gentle with my hair and it’s a pleasure to see her every time I go. The entire staff cultivate a welcoming and friendly environment. Definitely my favourite hair salon in London. FYI I have Afro/curly hair.
JUH is the most outstanding colorist and stylist. His balayage technique is outstanding - and I’ve had other stylists compliment his work. He’s truly a master at color and cutting. I recommend going to him just once to see for yourself.
Auras is incredible! He completely transformed my hair and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a hairdresser, he captured exactly what I was struggling to articulate that I wanted. Auras is an artist, watching him do my hair was like watching an artist paint, he takes great care, is so passionate about what he does and is a true expert so I highly recommend. It was also the first time I’ve been to the salon and it was so lovely, it wasn’t busy, everyone was friendly and relaxed.
I want to thank and praise Gavin for his brilliant customer service and for making me feel so comfortable. I’ve had bad past experiences and he put me completely at ease throughout my consultation and gave me some great advice for scalp treatment and product recommendations for scalp care. He was attentive to my needs and gave me a great cut! I will be back soon…
My daughter had a hair cut with Clara. She has a lot of volume and very curly hair. We could tell immediately that Clara was a pro and knew exactly how best to handle curls. Service from everyone in the salon and overall attentiveness was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We are very happy with the cut. So happy that I immediately made an appointment for myself as well and I can’t wait.
I had an amazing experience with Claire (Master stylist) she is so professional, friendly and kind! I had so many questions about colouring my hair silver and Claire was so knowledgeable and explained me everything in details. She really knows what she is doing! Highly recommended! The rest of the team are very friendly and the salon is very clean!
Wanted to let the world know how amazing Claire was at Gro when I decided to get some colour added for the first time in my life. Brilliant consultation - clearly and patiently explaining all the basics as I knew nothing. Then incredible service on the day (for 6 hours!) to make sure we got a result I loved.
