   Thank you so much to the team at Paul Edmonds for always making me feel so welcome every time and especially this festive season as I had broken my leg. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible and that I was able to still have a pamper to feel better. A huge shoutout to Charlotte and Siobhan for always looking after my hair and making me feel fabulous. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, I’m here to stay and if I could give 10 stars I would! The salon has a gorgeous vibe all year round and I would highly recommend to everybody in London!

   I am a frequent customer of hair salons in my home country. (2-3 times a week for hair blow) and once in a month for hair dye. I have been at Paul Edmonds only once. It was only for blow dry, which is for me still a difficult and important service, I have seen many untalented hair artists around the world even for blow dry. At Paul Edmonds the service and the quality impressed even for blow dry. I will become a regular customer during my stays in London. The artist was Sophia Camarinha)- very professional, high quality service.

   The cut was basic and I felt like an imposition for Lania who was not particular friendly, and did not bring the level of skill or expertise or knowledge that is being paid for at that level- and I have been fortunate enough to experience in Mayfair and Shoreditch. I felt like I was wasting her time and I do feel like she was wasting my money. They also charge £50 for a colour consultation and I have no idea if they deducted it from my absolutely huge bill - because they didn’t give me a breakdown confirming they had. So, I will have to go there again to get it resolved. All in all, not what I’d expect from a salon that markets itself as being of high calibre. Photos of the colour. Striped and patchy. I paid in full again to have it all colour corrected at a different salon. Despite being told by Yashir that I should have let Paul Edmonds colourist recolour. My hair was compromised at Paul Edmonds and his business partner Yashir was offensive and very aggressive when I brought my concerns. I was refused a refund to cover my costs. I am hugely out of pocket and Yashir - the MD of the company- said I should have researched my salon/colourist more thoroughly. A super expensive mistake.

   From start to finish the service provided was exemplary. Julie coloured my hair and provided amazing advice on maintenance and next steps, she couldn’t have been more helpful! Then I had a lovely blow dry with Tasha who was also amazing and made me feel so at ease. Delighted with the result and will only be going to this salon in future!

   Lovely people, lovely vibe. Got shampood before and after and had a head massage too which was all really great. But given I paid £80 for a haircut which wasn't even as good as a haircut from a local £15 barber, can't give this any more than 2 stars. If you have short hair I'd recommend you just go to a barbers. Don't think they should be charging nearly as much for short (mens) haircuts when the expertise just aren't there.

   My girlfriend and I both visited recently for the first time, me with Lizzie and her with Tasha, and we are converted! The haircuts were incredible which is expected but what really made us fans was the atmosphere and care they provide. I’ve never had such genuine interest shown in what I was looking for with my style and both stylists were so attentive and friendly too! We won’t be going anywhere else in future so thanks to all at Paul Edmonds ⭐️

   I’ve been going to Paul Edmonds for about 5 years now and would never go anywhere else. Having tried the majority of top salons in London I was struggling to find somewhere which understood my hair type (very thick and curly and kicks out a lot of red!) Julie is absolutely fantastic, particularly at balayage. Always achieves a lovely natural look that lasts for months. And she’s also the loveliest person so the whole experience is great. 10/10.

   Had my hair cut by Matilda, who was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and professional, understood exactly what I wanted. She used great products which complemented my hair texture too, and did an amazing blow dry. Will definitely be coming back!

   Sadly the company forgot to process my order and I had to send them a reminder a week later. This would of been completely fine had they had apologies and we could of moved on. Instead the team at Paul Edmonds placed the order again (I got an auto email saying they did this 1 hr after I sent the email) with no communication. I responded to the email to ask what the new order was for with no response. The next day there was a postal strike which is totally out of their hands but because they forgot the order it the week before it then was going to have further delays. Again, these things happen but when I asked where my order was for the 3rd time I was told it was stuck because of Royal Mail taking no accountability that they sent it a week late. In fact arguing with me that it was simply a Royal Mail issue with no apology. Once the package arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it the shampoo bottle had exploded, again these things happen but when I approached them about it, it took them a further 6 days to respond to me (not so much as an acknowledgement) explaining that 'it could not have exploded because there was no gas in the bottle' but they will given me a refund just for the shampoo as it looks to have 'just poured out'. A very weird and frustrating experience and incredibly poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
