   Most relaxing salon experience and was very pleased with my subtle balayage! Soniya took great care of my hair and knew well how to work with Asian hair. The whole place paid great attention to detail. Top-notch service: I was very comfortable throughout the process and got the best salon head massage as they rinsed the toner off my hair. I went as I am a fan of organic/gentle hair products, which were great and even smelled good (which is rare when colouring hair). They also a great selection of tea!

   Probably my best ever experience at a hair salon! I'd been looking for a salon which uses quality products which won't cause buildup, found Rococo and booked an appointment. They had hood availability so I didn't have to book months in advance. When I arrived, I was impressed by the calming decor and my stylist, Anna, led me straight to a chair to discuss what I wanted. She was welcoming, thorough and walked me through what she'd do to make sure I was happy. I had my hair washed, cut and blow dried, and loved all the small details woven into the experience - like the massage chair when you're getting your hair washed and the complimentary hot drink. The best thing though was Anna herself, who was really kind and friendly and gave me a brilliant cut and style for a really great price. Highly recommend!

   I chose this salon as it advertises itself as “vegan”. On the website it clearly states “Rococo Organic Salon, Organic & Vegan Hair Salon, specialises in Organic Colour Systems Permanent Hair Colour with Organic and Naturally Derived Ingredients. Ammonia Free. Cruelty Free. Vegan.” So I was disappointed when I was told that they provide some non-vegan snacks and they have products that contain beeswax. The salon is lovely, my hair stylist (Anna) was amazing and I really liked my hair cut. However, I’ve reduced the rating because I travelled quite far to get to this salon which is misleadingly advertised as vegan.

   First time at rococo, so special to be vegan and non toxic. After hours, my blend-in balayage looks amazing, so natural, how I wanted. It was definitely worth the travel, will be back to refresh!

   I’ve been to Rococo I think four times now and I have to absolutely praise them for each and every single visit. It’s utterly consistent and I’m always really impressed and so happy (!!) with the results. Shelana gives me the best and most flattering short haircuts and highlights I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to some really good hairdressers in the past). The colouring products at Rococo are beautiful - very natural, uplifting and seem to last forever, plus they are organic. It’s a warm and welcoming stylish salon with a relaxed atmosphere. In fact, the time just stops and it feels like a spa treatment is packed in as well. Thank you - I couldn’t recommend you highly enough. I hope you will always be there!

   I have been in this beautiful place last week and it was amazing! Shelana is a excellent professional and she treated me with love and kindness. I felt like in a ad spa when she washed my head. I arrived with a really dry and damaged hair and went out with a beautiful cut and my curls are back. Also I am vegan and they have lots of haircare products for us. Definitely I'll back soon
