   I had such an amazing experience at Jo Hansford in Mayfair. Caroline, as always, was incredibly warm as she greeted me the moment I entered the salon. Vlad was full of advice on how I should take care of my unruly, wild hair. He also has a great sense of humor. And the overall atmosphere in the salon was fun and cheerful, especially during the busy holiday season. I always look forward to my time at Jo Hansford when I am in London and need a quick haircut.

   I've been a loyal customer of this Jo Hansford Mayfair for many years now, and they really are the best for colour. Louisa always gets my colour exactly right. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, never intimidating or pretentious, and the staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. Yes, you pay a little more but you really do feel the team care about their work and their clients. Highly recommended!

   Stephen and Craig are simply brilliant hairdressers and I know that even my, otherwise dreadful, hair looks absolutely the best it can possibly look, because of their skill and talent.    The worst experience ever, this saloon is a bunch of hustlers whom don’t care about their customers, you lie about your services and prices , even when I and my husband complained about paying extra money for such a low quality service, top management didn’t care at all! What a terrible organization, I will make sure all my followers on social media within the whole Middle East avoid coming to your salon whenever coming to London!

   I have been having my hair cut, styled and coloured at Jo Hansford for 15 years. They stay current, on trend and remain as welcoming and friendly as the first day I walked in there. Their colouring is second to none, Victoria and Alex are experts in colour and their knowledge and advice are always exceptional. My stylist Dino cuts and styles hair like no other, he creates movement and depth in every style. I would recommend Jo Hansford in a heartbeat, nothing is too much trouble. They invest in their trainees who are a pleasure to be around and get to know. Oh and the in-house catering is divine.
