   I asked for a simple straight cut, nothing more and ended up with an uneven, choppy result with no proper transition. Although a correction was offered, there was no understanding or acknowledgement of the mistake. The experience was incredibly frustrating. Now I’ll need to go to another salon to get at least 10 cm cut off to fix the damage – which means it’ll take over a year for my hair to grow back to the length I had. Absolutely unacceptable and frustrating – I cannot recommend this place at all.

   Stefania at Headmasters Fitzrovia is such a dedicated, skilled, and talented hairdresser. She has incredible attention to detail, and is also very creative. i feel very lucky to have found her :) Headmasters salon looks after you well, with tea and coffee. They also have lots of different toners. I always come for the colour deals, which are a bargain. Thank you!!

   Had beautiful highlights by Annette , she made me from light brown to a rich creamy blonde in a few hours. Service is amazing with the beverages and the staff are lovely. I have had some awful experiences in top hairdressers in London but headmasters Fitzrovia has a welcoming and comfortable vibe and they use the best hair products!

   I have been seeing Barbara for 4 years, following her from her previous headmasters salon to this one as there is no one else I would trust with my hair. Barbara is always professional and does an absolutely amazing job. My hair is often complimented and people are surprised that it is coloured as it looks so natural, Barbara is a master of hiding greys! Highly highly recommend her and her salon.

   Anette is incredible! I had a mess up with my phone booking so I wasn’t in the diary but Anette was super kind when I walked in and fitted me into her schedule and was very empathetic about doing everything she could to get my hair done before my flight. She was thorough and fantastic with the toner, treatment and blow dry and I really love the results. I’ll highly recommend her kind and professional approach and amazing work!
