   I had very nice experience with them every time i got a haircut. The ladies are very sweet and pay attention to your expectations. Last week i had a hair cut and i wasn’t happy with the length of my bangs. So I called them next and check if they can fix it. She listen and she did it for me. Thank you so much. But the price is way too much. Owner should consider some discount or loyalty offers.

   I mentioned that I had previous box dye, but the salon didn’t seem to take that into account or care about the final result. I ended up with harsh, brassy highlights and was charged extra for toner that barely helped. Paid almost £180 total. The overall color was disappointing and not at all what I expected. I’ve had to fix it myself at home — wouldn’t go back

   Loved my haircut from Linda, she did a fantastic job on my fringe - better than other hairdressers I’ve been to in recent years. Linda also did my 4-year old daughter’s first ever haircut and we were really pleased with it, she put my daughter at ease and made the experience a happy one. A great hair salon in Norbury, lovely ladies there including owner Sally. This will be my regular salon now, it’s convenient with great quality cuts and reasonable prices :)

   I had a haircut 6 months ago, and I am still waiting for my hair to come back to normal, at first it seemed ok but when I got home and I straighted my hair it was horrible, all the layers were uneven, it was a bad experience because I told the hairdresser that I have had horrible experiences before and she gave me the confidence that she would do it fine, I even tipped her, when she finished she did waves to my hair and now I understand why. If you are thinking to get a hair cut this is not the right place, maybe for hairstyles it is.

   First time using this salon and I will definitely go back. Linda the stylist listened to what I wanted and agreed on a cut that would suit me. Safety measures were in place including surfaces being regularly wiped over. The salon was clean, team very friendly and I was very satisfied with the quality of the haircut. Prices are not the cheapest around but are very competitive and cheaper than a lot of the branded salons.
