   Went there for knotless braids. Was waiting around for hours but I get that they seemed busy. They delayed telling me the price and I showed a picture and didn’t even get anything remotely like that. The woman I got was unfortunately rude (not the owner). She kept asking me to cut hair (hand her the relevant pieces of hair from the extensions) in a rude and entitled way so I had to do that the whole time even though I’m a paying customer and should be able to have my hands free to use if I want, then when it wasn’t the amount she envisaged she’s huffing and puffing - I’m not a hairdresser this is why I’ve come to the salon??? It was pricey for bulky braids and the end result was uneven braids that were rough looking “knotless” braids. I took it out after a week.

   Loved my experience here! They did my hair really quick and neat, you can tell they know what they’re doing. I didn’t feel like I was sitting in the chair forever, and the braids came out clean. Definitely recommend if you want good braids!

   They are welcoming and polite but be careful when it comes to pricing. I was kept waiting for over 3 hours and I kept asking how much my hair will cost and they won’t tell me Until the last minute when they knew I had no other choice to go to another salon as it was almost close of business hours, they told me a huge price for a very simple style. The hair (Ghana braids ) was badly done and I took it off after a week. Make sure to insist for them to tell you the price of your as soon and you enter the saloon. They are not very good with Ghana braids … maybe try something else like regular braids.

   Had my hair done a few months ago and had a good head of hair and when I done my hair at this salon that changed!! My hair started itching randomly and then started to falling out and then more hair came out I had patches don't know what they put on my hair and i had to cut all my hair off and start from scratch!. Nice people but never ever will go there again ruined my hair and just wasted my money I'm never taking the chance of doing my hair else where when my hairdresser not available . I will always be Sticking to my original salon and hairdresser for now on no matter how long I will have to wait never had problems and my hair is done properly the way it should be and healthy.
