   I had a lovely and relaxing experience at La Aibamania. The staff are very hospitable, they made every effort to make sure that I felt comfortable. They use high quality products and took great care when handling my hair. They also use good equipment. I was very happy with my braids, my stylist was skilled and very friendly. She is also knowledgeable and able to provide advice for maintenance and general hair or scalp issues. Overall, I would highly recommend, it's a really nice place.

They really take the time to know you and your hair to provide a bespoke service that is second to None! So welcoming, warm, and all you could sesire your hair stylist to be!    Amazing Amazing Amazing! I cannot recommend this salon enough. Everything was just such good vibe. This has been my BEST hair salon experienced. Cannot thank her enough, you can really tell she's passionate about what she does. I particularly loved the hair growth treatment. Anyways I have found my new regular salon that ACTUALLY worth the £.

   Debora is a GODDESS! You NEED to book an appointment now and tell literally everyone you know! I walked in feeling low with dry short afro hair and left feeling FABULOUS! She is a master at her art, incredibly knowledgeable on how to manage afro hair, and the service is second to none. Literally the BEST braids I've ever had done. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THIS WOMAN! I'll be back again and again for sure. Thanks so much Debora! x

   I went to this salon today to get passion twists (for the first time ever) and it was incredible. I am so happy with the results and I felt like I was in safe hands, she is so talented and cares a lot about her work and I trust she was doing the best thing to protect my natural hair. She was was efficient, on time and so much fun. I haven’t gone to many other salons in London but I don’t see a need to look elsewhere. Was amazing thanks - super clean and wonderful.

   Due to Covid-19, I hadn't had my locs done for 6 months. I had a lot of regrowth and my locs were in very bad condition. My son did some research into Covid-19 secure salons in the Brixton area and found the lovely Debora and her salon, La Aibamania. I was apprehensive at first, as anybody would be going to a new salon. But I was astounded by how warmly we were greeted, how clean the salon was and how great my hair turned out. In terms of Covid-19 procedures: The salon seats are separated by screens, you're given hand sanitiser and a face mask as soon as you walk through the door and the door is locked so that nobody can just walk in without permission. Debora took extra care and attention with my locs. They were in very bad condition - so she cut them off, repaired them, heat treated my scalp and reattached the locs. It took approximately 9 hours to finish and the results were definitely worth the wait! During my time at the salon, nobody else was there. It felt like a VIP experience and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. (Debora even helped me to my taxi after we were finished - as my walking is a bit wobbly). I highly recommend this salon.
